LIE TO ME (POEM 61)

You say you are missing me,

But are you really?

Or that's just a manipulation,

For me to run back into your arms?

Sometimes I wish you didn't have to hurt me,

Because it hurts,

I hate that it is so easy for you to lower me back in,

I guess I craved your toxicity,

For me it was my beautiful poison,

I was so hooked hearing your lies,

Of how much you love me,

How much you need me,

Your beautiful, twisted lies,

I guess in a way you broke me,

But I enjoyed hearing your lies,

Every time you'd pretend you changed,

I loved you,

And you knew and you used that against me,

I cant even tell if I hate or love you more,

You made me like this,

Deal with it!
