Yes, this is another cheesy and corny low budget Christmas rom-com despite me continuously saying I don't watch those. But as a diehard fan of 'Wayhaught' I definitely couldn't resist the chance to see Dominique play a queer woman on-screen again.

I am not gonna lie there were scenes where I physically cringed hard and had to pause for a few minutes before starting it again. It was also too cheesy and festive for my taste but it's different for everyone so that's okay.

Despite that and the below average acting I liked the diversity and representation in movie. There were queer actresses playing queer characters and a deaf actor playing deaf character. Also not to mention we get see THREE sapphic couples together in one movie.

My most favourite couple in the movie were definitely Mardou and Iris. I felt they were the least cringiest out of the three and their moments together were more intense than the others.

At first I didn't like Lou and Kenna much but they grew on me, especially when Lou started learning sign language for Kenna. I was a little disappointed with Sue and Janey because I was expecting much more from them but they didn't have much going on and felt boring.

Like every rom-com all three of the couples got their happy ending by the end. Ngl by the time I finished the movie it kinda grew on me but I wouldn't watch it again.
