"L-Leo?" I ask, confused.
I was about to walk up to him when I saw, Samantha start to walk up to him. Samantha is a very popular girl in my school. She thinks she owns everyone and she probably fucked every guy in sight.
Samantha put her hand on his shoulder and Leo moves out of her grip. I mentally smirk. I start to walk up to them and Leo hears my footsteps so he looks at me and smiles. He looks me up and down whilst licking his lips.
I blush while Samantha glares at me like I did something.
"Hi, my love." Leo smirks.
I smile up at him, "Hi!" I say cheerfully.
Something flashes across his eyes that I can't quite figure out what it was. It was gone as quick as it came.
I turn back to Samantha and say, "Why're you still standing there?" I tilt my head, genuinely confused.
She crosses her arms and stomps away, her heels clicking against the pavement. The crowd begins to dim and students start going home.
Leo opens my door for me and gets into the drivers side. He puts his hand on my thigh and I get a feeling in my stomach. He rubs his thumb back and forth and it feels so soothing.
"So, where are we going?"
"To the tattoo shop I told you about. I have some work I need to do but I also have a bookshelf with books you can read in the mean time." He glances at me real quick.
I start moving around in my seat excitedly. I love reading books but I'm mostly excited to see the tattoo shop.
We pull up to a medium sized build with windows in the front and on the sides. The building is a darkish grey color and looks beautiful. On the very top of the building is a sign that says, "Etched in Ink." It's written in cursive and is in white.
We both enter through the front doors and I look around in amazement. Drawings of hundreds of different tattoos litter the walls in the main lobby and continue throughout the building. To my left is a front desk with a raven haired girl that's blowing gum and she's on her phone. She's wearing black combat boots with ripped jean short shorts and a crop top with some sort of band I've never heard of. There's light rock music playing in the background.
Leo walks to the front desk and I follow behind him and continue to look at all of the tattoos on the wall. I should get my own tattoo.
The raven haired girl looks up and smirks at Leo, "You finally decided to come back to work I see." She says while shaking her head and smacking on her gum.
"Shut up, I just wanted to see how everything has been going."
She sighs, "It's been good you know, same old same old." She looks around while saying that and her eyes flicker to me and widen a bit.
