Chapter 4 ==Princess' Birthday Pt. 1==

"Shall we go sister?"

I heard Sister Amelia say with a big smile plastered on her face as I entered our carriage which would bring us to the imperial palace

"What did you get for the princess, Alyssa?" Sister asked me "Just some jewelry, how about you?"I asked her

"I got her some expensive perfume" Hearing the gift I furrowed my brows "You'll humiliate her sister, "I told her as she scoffed

"She did the same to me on my 17th birthday, shouldn't I gift her the same way as she did?" She bitterly replied, remembering the gift that the princess gave her

Before the heroine appeared they didn't like each other, because of their statuses....the Silverton family is on the same footing as the imperial family

No doubt that she felt threatened by Sister Amelia, especially since sister Amelia is known as the society's flower

"I see, Since you two are not on good terms, I guess it's okay for you to do that, "I told her as she gave me a smile

As the travels towards the imperial palace were silent...Sister didn't try to get in a conversation with me because you know how not-so-bright Alyssa is

Alyssa is the underrated character who is the most mysterious in this book,

The black sheep of the Silverton and the only one who had golden eyes, that became a question to everyone

And the author didn't even bother to explain the origins of why Alyssa had golden eyes

And because of my eyes....that became the Kingdom's most mysterious origin

Unlike the violet amethyst eyes of the pure Silverton, mine is like golden like the purest gold that exists in the continent

But people don't like her, because she doesn't possess any skills or talents unlike her siblings

That's why she's labeled as the black sheep, because of her odd look and talentless

"We've arrived in the palace, young miss"

I was caught off from my thoughts hearing the coachman's words, I looked out the window and saw the palace

Which I haven't visited ever since the announcement of my breaking up with the crown prince

Sister went down first and of course, with the help of the coachman, I could hear the murmurs of the noble people outside

Complimenting Sister's beauty

And as always.... because of my low rank in the family, not even the coachman helped me get down from the carriage

It's not like I'm complaining but we're outside of the public, what will people think of my mistreatment?

But...then again, everyone knew about it that's why it's not a big deal

I stared at the long line that the other nobles did to confirm their invitation to the party

But since we're from the Silverton family we immediately went first

I scoff hearing the comparison the announcer announced sister as the Silverton Princess while I'm just a plain lady

After all....the villainess must tend to have a good image so that they can intimidate the Heroine
