Chapter 12 ==The Power of her Past life==

I looked at Grandfather who's shooting some birds in the sky, clearly having fun on what he did

As expected of father's father, he isn't the feared Silverton just for nothing...

And here I am again, visiting Grandfather but this time, we're having tea together while he is having fun of shooting some birds in the sky

And of course, our location is quite far away from the main house and noone is allowed in Grandfather's part of the Duchy,

Other than me, Grandfather and Ellie....

He told me to visit him twice a week, so that he'll tell me about the other person who has the same eyes as mine

I'm curious....beyond curious...

"Do you know how to shoot, Alyssa?"

I was cutted off from my thoughts as my attention was diverted to Grandfather who went back and took a seat Infront of me

In the table that Ellie served, filled tea and snacks

"I will shoot,If this part of me proving to you?"I asked him as he raised his brow at me

I'm not just someone in Earth....well I did introduce myself as a normal girl back in Earth

But that was a diversion....

I'll reveal my past some other day if you all don't mind, because I'm scared on what other's think of me...

And by that ... I know how to shoot, seriously...

"If that's what you think, then yes...it would be much better if you can shoot more than what I did"He stated and looked at his flocked died birds in the basket

"Then allow me to humour you Grandfather"I stated and stood up from my seat while holding the gun, as if I didn't mind the heaviness

"Do you think she can shoot a gun Ellie?"

"Probably My Lord, but in her hands there's no traces that prove she can"

"But seeing her hold the gun in such a professional state, she's more than the family's black sheep"

"We will find out soon enough My Lord, but in my opinion... she's someone not to be looked down upon of" Ellie finishes their words as I position and aim for some birds

*Bang* *Bang*

I hitted 2 birds successfully as Ellie went to pick up my kills, as I continue to target some birds that flocked the sky, for me to kill

I continued to shoot as I exceeded Grandfather's stock of dead birds and both Grandfather and Ellie ain't shock as I expect,

Grandfather must've suspect I have inherited Father's genes....the genes of a war hero

I brushed off my perfect white locks as I walked back to my seat, as Ellie applauded my performance

"A majestic performance you've shown, my lady" Ellie told me as I smiled lightly and drank some of my leftover tea

"So, what do you think of it performance Grandfather...is it enough for your standards? Will you tell me the other golden eyed person?" I ask him as he smiled lightly

"A very magnificent performance Alyssa, that I often wondered how you hid your talent from everyone in the family throughout the years" He told me as I smiled lightly

"I know I have the skills, but you shouldn't and try to change the topic grandfather's,it's against the rules" I told him,preventing him to skip my question

"I see that I couldn't fool you,my granddaughter, but even if your performance is already beyond amazing, but not enough for my approval....you must simply prove yourself more, who knows what you kept inside from all of those years you've hidden" He told me as I frowned and he gave me a smile

"I know you can do it my lady, after all....Your Lady Alyssa Glaze Silverton, my master"Ellie told me as I smiled lightly

"But even so, I'm not cruel enough to give you a gift on what you've shown me Alyssa"Grandfather suddenly said as my attention diverted back to him

"...I will give you anything you want, wether it will be information, jewels, money...any thing you want" he told me, while low-key boasting that he has everything

"I want information, Grandfather...if you don't mind"hearing my request he raised his brow while giving me a smile

"Go on..."

"I want to know where did Grandmother hid the Key of the Celestial safe"hearing my words he seems taken back at my request

"Even Edward didn't know about the safe's existence, it seems that you've found one of her journals"hearing his words I smiled lightly

I found Grandmother's piece of journal in one of the library's corners, I'm quite baffled that noone had found it until now

And I know how important and powerful the existence of the Celestial Keys....one of the minimum Magic tools that was left in the continent

In the past Magic was everywhere in this place,but due to some circumstances that people killed the Goddess in hope of her magic be transfer to them

Which resulted to have the magic cease to exist only to be left by some magic tools like the Celestial Keys exist in the continent today that was passed unto generations to generations

"I'm quite fortunate to found a piece of Grandmother's journal, and it somehow have the information of the Celestial Keys"I responded

Grandmother owned all 12 zodiac keys, and after her death,she place the 12 keys in an unbreakable Safe that was protected by Taurus' magic

And it states there that Grandfather had known who hold the key, to that safe

"If you want the Key, then find Virgo... she had the key of that safe and if you want to know her location,prove yourself to me first"he told me as I nodded

"Then I must prepare my future performance then....In hope Grandfather will be pleased" I stated as he nodded

It's not like I immediately asked for the key, because I know that Grandfather won't allow it

All I want is information, and that's enough...

So she is here outside of the Celestial World....it will be lucky if I ever find her first, which is impossible because I don't even know her appearance

Then there's only one left to do but to prove myself to grandfather, because that is the easy way

I wonder what piece of me shall I show to him next time?
