Chapter 47 ==Unconscious==

"Here it is Father/ Grandfather!"

Both Mother and Brother had arrived, both of them rush inside at the same time, "Good, now you two... I want you to hold Edward's and Amelia's hands" Both of them looked at grandfather confusely but did it anyways,

"Page 143, recite the 2nd paragraph,.1st sentence only everyone close your eyes" he ordered me as he touch sister's feet and father's feet as he close his eyes as I recite the spell with a loud and clear voice

"Purifica corpus ab Cleandro et sana, corpus et animam emunda, et sana sit iterum: in semine meo sanguis, et vox et virtus, utrumque recuperabis."

As I finished reciting the spell, a bright light then appeared and I instinctively close my eyes avoid from getting blind, but before I can open my eyes, my consciousness started to consume me unabling for me to see the outcome of my recitation, and the only thing I've heard, before I was suck into the dark abyss of my consciousness

Is Grandfather's voice,

"Alyssa!!"

The pain slowly rush out from my body...

"Ed...ward"

Slowly opening my eyes, as I saw my wife's blurry face,

"Ed..."

"Edward.."

She kept calling out, as I slowly reach out to her face, as I saw her clearly now "Joanna..." I called out to her, as watched tears in her eyes fall out

"I don't know how...but my body seems fine na" I told her, as she then hugged me, as she helped me sat down,

I looked around as I saw Amelia, sleeping soundly beside me, her body's injury are all gone,  which it wasn't supposed be healed in the next few days

"Father! I'm glad that you've gotten better father" Francis told me, as I smiled lightly and nodded, and when I looked at the door, only to see father, and a maid holding Alyssa's unconscious body

"Father! What happened to her?!" I asked her, my voice completely fine now, as if I wasn't poisoned

"No need to know Edward, we must go now, our work here is done" he stated, as he then snapped his fingers and ready to go out in my room

"Father, she's still our daughter, what happened and why is she like that? Didn't she just read some magical spell? How can she even read ancient scriptures??" Joanna asked, as I was confused, read some spell? What spell?

Ancient scriptures? Are those even alive? Weren't they burned hundreds of years ago?

We watched as Father sighed loudly, as he then faced us, "Why do you both even care? And when did you even treat her like your daughter? I mean, I am satisfied that you're treating her unfairly in the public so she wouldn't be known because she's special, but that doesn't mean you two should do the same inside the household, I don't have anything to say regarding about her, but you should thank her, because if it weren't for her, both you and Amelia, wouldn't be completely healed, and don't worry she's only sleeping, as she lost her unconscious for a second after eradicating all of your poison in your body"

What father said made my me feel guilty, I know that I'm not fit to ask for her, and neither do I know who my daughter really is,

"It's not my place to say anything, but one thing I must say for her well being, all of you must stay away from her, and don't worry about someone guarding her, because someone had already volunteered to do it, but if she wishes for you to tell you everything,  I'll just simply follow her decisions, and remember, be careful, and don't worry about the rat, we've already captured it, I'll have Alyssa handle it, please excuse us" Father stated, as they then left the seen, leaving us 4 in the room

I lowered my head, and bit my lip "What happened while I was suffering?" I asked as I clenched my fist, how foolish I am to be easily be poisoned just like that

"As soon as Father heard of your downfall, he immediately rush here, both he and Alyssa, and he then ordered us to take something confusing" Joanna told me, as I took a huge deep breath

"There's something we don't know about Alyssa Father, and Grandfather is protecting that information, but I've heard her clearly, she perfectly read the spell, as if that she had learned it, and one thing for sure, both of them have access to magic" Francis told me, as I looked at him confusely

"It seemed that the books are not accurate, and the one we're facing now is a very powerful person, and we don't have information to know, unless Alyssa tells us" Joanna told me

"Healing magic, that immediately eradicate the poison in your body, as well as Amelia..."I muttered as I looked at my first daughter's well being

"It seemed that Kian, also have information regarding of Alyssa's hidden identity, as I've noticed a few months back that both of them have developed a close relationship" Francis said, as I nodded

"Then go and asked for what they know, we must be discreet because if Father hears of this he'll be mad, and whatever that man wishes, give it to him"I ordered Francis,

"I understand father"

"I've got a bad feeling about this, and we all must be ready" I ordered as I kept my straight face,

Because The Enemy that we'll face, is someone or something beyond our wildest imaginations....

I couldn't believe that this book is almost a year old🥹

I only remembered that this book was published on my brother's birthday! Which is only 3 weeks away!!

But it's my exam that dayy🥲
