D) He dumped you because he wasn't sure but in the end he knew for sure, he made a mistake.

E) You dumped him for some misunderstanding because Levi's too handsome to be left alone in the clutches of crazy ass fangirls.

So in the end, Levi could always fake that he has moved on but inside he would always be missing a part of himself thanks to Reader.
