" How can you drink that every day? "
I asked with a frown." What do you mean? "
Zayn asked, confusedI looked at the drink in his hands with a cringe-y face.
It has been more than a week or so since he came to my house to return my wallet, and we treated him like a pervert.
We kinda hung out every day after our lectures. It wasn't like he became my great friend or anything like that, just that he had been promoted a little from just a ' Hi-Hello Friend ' to a university friend if you know what I mean.It was a different experience for sure, because I make friends very fast, but I've been keeping to myself in University, and I got to meet my gang every day anyway, so it was ok.
Zayn is a good guy, and we hang out for fifteen to thirty minutes in the cafe or somewhere on the campus, then I drive home. It has become somewhat of a routine, and I don't hate it.
I sometimes even enjoyed it.Right now we were sitting in the cafe, like almost every day, and talking.
Or more like I was cringing looking at his drink.I remember the first day we came to the cafe together, about a week ago, and placed our orders.
I had placed my order and turned to ask him
" What do you wanna order? "He replied with
" A black coffee, strong "And I had raised my eyebrows and replied in the most sarcastic way
" Shocking "He had narrowed his eyes at me, so I had just cleared my throat and turned.
Anyway, back to the present.
" Stop it. It isn't bad. You should try it. "
Zayn said and slid his drink toward me." Yeah. I don't think so. "
I said and slid it back toward him." Come on, give it a try. "
He slid it back." Ok. Only if you taste my cotton candy slushie. "
I slid my drink toward him.He slightly leaned away.
" What? "
I asked."It's too colorful. "
He said, confused" Well, I'm colorful. "
He nodded and took a sip of my drink.
" You know what? "I raised my eyebrow
"It's too sweet for me, but it's not bad. "
He said, looking at me.I shrugged proudly
" Now "
Then he tapped on his coffee lid.I swallowed and picked up his drink.
The closer I brought the drink, the more my nose crinkled.
