I stared at Grayson and looked at his attire. He was here for business because of his suit. It was different from his work ones.

I come out of my state of shock and just keep Val's blazer around me. Devon looked me up and down, then glanced at Val. He immediately knew, because of the smudged makeup on his face.

"You never said you had a sister," Val says, breaking the silence.

"She's not my sister," he grit.

"What exactly are you doing here?" Gray asked.

He walks over to me and  attempts to removes Val's blazer, but I move his hands away.

"You know her Grayson?" Devon asked.

"I do."

"He's my old friends uncle," I smile.

"What a little reunion," Val comments.

"Let's just finish this deal," Devon says.

Gray's jaw twitched and he puts his hands in his pockets staring down at me. I was not getting myself deeper into a hole. I moved to go sit down and go back to my drink. I started sipping on it while there a whole lot of tension. They walked away from me towards a different room.

I went on my phone and updated Diana again. I wanted to actually scream bloody murder. How could my luck be this fucking shit? She immediately responded.

Diana🌚: ur lying??? Gray? Are you sure your not drunk hallucinating?

Me: no, I like talked to him

Diana🌚: idfk what to tell you

Me: how about you save me from nightmare😭

My phone was dying, because my battery was on twenty percent. I asked the bartender if he had a charger, which he didn't. I got up and kept my balance.

I walked to the back to where all three of them went. I know for a fact Grayson has to have a charger. I knocked on the door and it opened a second later. Val stood blocking the way and looked behind me.

"Yes?"

"Umm can I ask Gray something real quick?"

He moves to the side and opens the door wider. He was sitting on a chair that faced the desk and turned to look at me.

"Do you have a charger? My phone is dying," I hesitated.

"I don't have one on me now," he answers.

"Give me your phone, I will charge it for you," Devon offers.

I enter the room and hand him my phone. There was a tall vodka bottle on the table with a small glass. It was called La mirage.  I have never heard of La mirage before.

"Ooh, can I try this?"

"No," Gray says.

"If you want to," Val nods.

He goes to sit back down and the door was now closed. Devon got a small shot glass and poured a small amount. I used the table to balance myself, so I wouldn't fall over.

"She's not having that," Grayson said.

"Why not, just a little bit," Devon shrugs.

"She's had enough for one night," Gray argues.

"Gray, one little sip will not kill me."

"How is that supposed to be a shot though? Add a tad bit more," I said.

"It's strong, that's enough."

"Dev, I can mostly definitely handle my liquor," I grin.
