The next day in class I was sitting next to Olympe who was trying to keep me awake because I seriously haven't slept all night. A lot of you may say that I am crazy for not sleeping just to study Korean History, but I hope that there are also some of you that get me. I want to have good grades, so I can feel better about myself. I do it for myself and not to show them off to other people. I do it for me and my future
Lee: If you have done well all semester, you should have no issues with the final. It is fair. Hard but fair
He said, and I left a sigh of relief because my report cards had straight A's on them, which means that I have already passed. I saw my sister raising her hand with some hesitation
Kitty: What if you have not done well all semester?
Lee: Probable doom
He said, and my sister looked at her desk with a small "okay" leaving her mouth. I really felt bad for her. It wouldn't be the same if Kitty wasn't here with us the next semester. It just couldn't be the same
Lee: But I am not unreasonable. Any student of mine who chooses to participate at the end of the term talent show will get a ten-point boost on their lowest grade
He said, and my eyes lighten up. Extra credit! I absolutely loved extra credit! It is a talent show, so I could play piano. I know that this is not a competition, but I have won many piano competitions back home, so that means I will easily win the ten-point boost on my lowest grade
Lee: You must perform a traditional Korean art form with dignity
He said, and I sighed but this time in disbelief. I didn't know a single Korean conventional song to play on the piano, but there is nothing I can't learn. I looked at Yuri going to Kitty and since was in front of me I heard their conversation
Yuri: Hey, my mom made me take fan dance lessons forever. I can teach you
She said, and my sister looked a bit surprised
Kitty: Dancing with you? Yeah, great
She said kind of nervous, and I looked at her confused because I knew that she was hiding something from me. But I was going to find out
Yuri: Y/n! Kitty told me you can play piano, so you can play the music while we are dancing. We are going to have the best performance in the school
She said in excitement and I nodded in agreement. She seemed more excited than I was.
After classes, I walked with Minho to the KISS café, trying to find a free table until Q called for us to join him at one of the tables with Florian. When I saw him I instantly remembered what happened yesterday and wanted to kill Florian, but first I had to hold Minho to keep his mouth shut
Florian: Hello to my favorite enemies-to-lovers couple!
He said with a smile on his face and I smiled back
Y/n:Hi
I said, leaving my bag on the floor and sitting next to Minho while facing both Q and Florian
Minho: So, Florian, how is studying going? Did you stay in all night? Nose in books?
He asked, and I knew what was he doing, so I stepped on his foot to close his mouth but like always he didn't listen to me
Minho: Ouch
He whispered, giving me a death stare while Florian agreed to his question
Florian: All night
Q was looking at us with a weird look trying to realize what is going on
Minho: Interesting
He said, and I looked at the table trying to stay out of the conversation and let Minho do whatever he had set his mind to because I couldn't stop him
Minho: We needed a break, so Y/n, and I went for a coffee run last night
Florian's eyes widened and immediately stood up
Florian: Well, better get back to it. See you later!
He said, leaving the table, and I sighed before I waved at him while saying goodbye. Then Q turned to us with a curious look on his face
Q: What is going on with you guys? Why are you acting so weird? Did you have a fight or anything?
He asked, and Minho looked at me before I nodded, agreeing to show him the pictures. So he took out his phone and showed the pictures to Q
Minho: Y/n said to not show you them until we are 100% sure, but we couldn't hide them from you, and we didn't know how to tell you
He said, and his smile faded. I had never seen him this hurt before, and I could feel his pain. I looked at him with an apologetic look, and he looked on the floor
Y/n: We are sorry, Q!
I said and he nodded, looking at the floor
Y/n: Do you want a hug?
I asked, and he nodded again, so I stood up and hugged him tight.
Later the same day, I went to the dance studio to meet with the other girls for the rehearsal. Of course, I wasn't dancing, but I was going to play the music on my piano. When I entered the room, my eyes fell on the devil herself. Yeah, you guessed it right, Madison. When she saw me, her eyes widened in anger
Madison: What is she doing here?
She asked, but before I was able to say anything Yuri stepped in
Yuri: Y/n is my friend, I invited her here, and she is staying. Also, she is also responsible for the music
She said with a smile, coming next to me and showing the piano in the corner of the room. Madison seemed ready to explode of how angry she was, but I didn't say a thing because what I was going to say was going to make her even angrier, and I wasn't really in the mood right now to fight with her.
Madison: Well if she is in then I am out
She said angrily and to my surprise, Yuri didn't even say a thing to stop her. She got her things and then turned to her friends before she opened the door to leave
Madison: Are you coming or not?
She asked, and the three girls looked at the floor, not saying a thing
Madison: Fine, but I already know that you guys are going to suck without me
She said, slamming the door behind her. This girl needs to control her anger issues. Then Yuri smiled and turned to us
Yuri: Alright, let's get started
She said showing me the piano and I smiled going towards it
