"I'm sorry" Nina said shaking her head crying. Samuels hands slowly fell from her body, "I'm sorry I'm so irresistible and you just keep falling for me" Nina said laughing and Samuel started laughing, "you got me" he said,

"Actually Sam to be honest, I don't think us getting back together right now is going to immediately fix everything. We have a lot to catch up on, we have a lot to fix, I get it you want to be around the twins all the time, but how are we gonna get back together or complete our family when we have a lot of unanswered questions?" Nina asked seriously,

"I understand you, I just don't want to loose you, or the twins, you three are the most important people in my life right now" he said, "you won't loose us, why don't we take baby steps? It hurts that I can't have you right now, but it's for the best" Nina suggested, "baby steps, and I will wait for you no matter how long you take, but I will have to move back to my place for some time after the Easter holiday, work is getting intense on my other branches" Sam said, Nina's smile dropped a little but she smiled back,

"I understand" she said dryly, "I'll tell you what, you are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen" Sam said pulling Nina in for a hug, "just let me hug you, please" he said again making Nina smile before she wrapped her hands around his torso,

"I wish I could call you mine again" Sam said whispering and Nina's heart dropped, "Sam, stop doing this to me" Nina said tiredly and tears ran down her eyes again, why can't I just get what I want? She asked herself.

It's not like she doesn't want to get back together with him, she does, but she's just scared and doesn't want to have her heart broken again, and they have a lot of issues to fix for example Sam's relationship with his mother, the twins health, Nina's mental state of mind, Samuel's mental state of mind, his company and branches just started succeeding  and hit high charts, Nina doesn't want to ruin it for him,

"Why are you crying?" Sam asked Nina when he withdraws from the hug and sees her eyes, "nothing, just, I remembered old times" Nina lied, truth is she's worried, about her future, about her kids future now that their father is back, when it was just her and her kids she didn't have to worry about anything but now he's back, and she's worried about what they'll become, how her kids will feel when being raised separately or that she has to share their love now with another parent,

"Stop lying" Sam said and she sighed and walked to her bed and sat down, "truth is, I'm happy you are back, for the twins, I'm happy they got so attached to you and how you love them so much, but knowing the kids I'm raising, once their trust and love for someone gets broken, they easily become broken. They have grown so attached to you, I mean it was bound to happen you are their dad, but they never want to leave your side now, Craig wants to be so much like you, Cara has turned into a daddy's girl telling me she will not let any woman near her dad or that she wants to be in your arms forever. I feel scared Samuel, about a lot of things, but before we go any further please if you have other plans, and you might end up leaving us again, don't say goodbye and just walk away because saying good bye hurts, a lot" Nina said and Samuel sighed,

He feels like he has tried his best to win Nina's trust back but either way she's still going to doubt him, "you are still doubting me?" He asked,

"You can't blame me for feeling this way, Sam, I am getting attached to you and your company too, and it hurts, past memories won't stop flashing in my mind it hurts, a lot, and it's like either way you're still gonna be part of me because I have your kids, they remind me a lot of you no matter how hard I tried to forget about you, I couldn't okay? And seeing you right now, it's scary, I've been trying my best with you since you came back but I can't fantom the idea of my old feelings coming back, I can't accept myself to fall in love with you again" Nina said and her last words made Samuels brows furrow and his heart dropped,
