It's currently a cold and rainy Tuesday and I have work which means I get to see Josh!

Sorry that sounds like I haven't seen him in months

I saw him two days ago and I already miss him

I work five days a week at the café so my days off are Mondays and Thursdays which is fine since I like working weekends, it's when I get the most tips, and during the week it's not too busy but busy enough that I'm never bored.

I look at my clock to see it is 6:57

John and Sarah expect their breakfast at 7:10 on the dot so I rush downstairs and start making pancakes and scrambled eggs, I plate it up just as they're both coming downstairs

They sit at the table and I give them each their plate and cutlery while I wait to be dismissed

John looks up at me "Fuck off" he waves his hand

"Yes Sir" I walk to to attic quickly before they can change their minds and get my work outfit on, tie my hair into a half up half down with a black bow and grab my jacket pulling the hood up before rushing out the door onto the rainy streets

I put in one of my earphones and play Frank Sinatra as I walk the roughly 7-minute journey to the bakery

I get my brownie and eat it on the way to the bookstore/library, which is where I spend most of my time when it's too cold for the park

I still have 3 hours until my shift at the café which starts at 11:30 am

"Hi, Mr Roth!" I greet the owner of the store

"Hello dear awful weather today" he shakes his head

"Oh I know I'm glad I remembered my jacket this time" I giggle

"I'm very glad Belize let me know if you want a hot drink won't you"

"I will, thank you Mr Roth" I wave to him as I go to pick out my book and take my usual seat near the back of the store

I read until it was time to get going for my shift. Luckily it wasn't raining anymore just cold so I put my jacket back on, thanked Mr Roth and made my way to work.

Once I arrive at work I take off my jacket and put it, as well as my phone in my locker

I put on my half-apron and walk out to the front counter to see Josh already serving a well-dressed lady

I start making drinks for the seated customers and hand them out

By the time I'm finished, Josh is finally free

"Joshy!" I squeal quietly and wrap my arms around his waist

He hugs me back before we both let go

"Hi my little Belle" he smiles

"How's Austin?" I ask him

Austin is Josh's boyfriend he's super tall as well, about 6'3! He has tanned skin black hair and dimples

Josh and Austin are both handsome men so it's really funny when we all go out and they both get hit on by girls

They're so cute together whenever I see them it makes me want a boyfriend *sigh*

"He's great he wants to see you again though"

"Me too!"

Josh laughs at my excitement "We'll sort something out soon Belle"
