"did we make it?"

It's 8:00 am and I get up leaving Harper sleeping peacefully in her bed, back home I ran every morning so I figured why can't I do that here and get a look round campus you know.

I put on some shorts but a hoodie because it's kinda cold outside and I take off I've been running for about 20 and I stop at a coffee shop and as soon as I walk in the door I spotted pagie but I didn't say anything i just went to go order my coffee

I was ordering a caramel frappe with extra caramel when I felt a tap on my shoulders it was pagie, I turned around and she was with 3 other girls

"Roslyn hey what are you doing here" she asked me rubbing the back of her neck
"Oh you know get coffee at a coffee shop" I smile one girl laughing and hitting pagies shoulder "right right um meet my friends kk,azzi,and nika she points at them showing me which one was which "oh this is the girl nika told us you were staring at" kk says laughing and pagie just looks at me and she red like tomato red

pagie goes to tell me something but my phone rings it's Harper "I have to go" I mouth to her grabbing my coffee and walking out on the phone with Harper telling her what just happened

Pagies pov~

"Damn she left yo ass" kk says laughing I hit her arm "it's not funny" I say really getting frustrated at why she keeps leaving

"Maybe she has to go look if she made the team p" azzi says trying to me I look at her and shake my head but I think to myself and I forgot I'll have a chance to talk to her tonight because we are going to the bar but I don't want to feel like a burden so I decided I had a idea

"Hey y'all wanna go to the club tonight?" I ask all of them
"Hell yeah" kk says
"I'm down" azzi says and then I just look at Nika which she rolls her eyes and the agreed to go as well thank god.

Roslyns pov~

I get back to our dorm and Harper is getting ready to go down to the gym to see who made it into the team
"The couch said if we made the team then we have to practice today so go ahead and bring your shorts" she tells me I just shake my head I got to the bathroom going to change my clothes and get a text form a number I never wanted to see again

why was he hear? And why was he trying to get me back after everything he did? The sad part is that I would take him back in a heartbeat.

time skip~

"Okay so if you made the team your staying for practice and if you didn't better luck next year you all did a very good job and all of you are talented and it was a close call" The couch tells us as she hangs up the paper on the board

everyone rushes over to the paper except me because Harper does for me she backs away from the paper with a sad face and I started to get a sad feeling

"Did we make it?" I ask her thinking she's gonna say no but yes screams in to my ear jumping on me "YESSSS" we jump around In circles because I mean hello

"Alright girls let's go" the couch calls us over after me and Harper do our hand shake and jog over there starting to find out which positions we got. She was telling the others what positions they got when Keegan walks in and smiles at Harper and I swear she falls into me as if she just fainted

"Manes your middle blocker and Mays you out libero congrats ladies" everyone claps literally everyone even Keegan and we started to practice and we were all doing great and I look over and see Paige talking to Keegan I didn't even see her come in but she's with azzi and Pagie looks over and I get back to what i was doing hitting the ball over the net

soon enough practice was over and Keegan told me and Harper to go get ready because we were going to a club and I told him that me and Harper are under age and he whipped out 2 fake IDs I smile happily at him and so dose Harper.

OKAY OKAY SO FILLER OBVIOUSLY OKAY GUY I SWEAR ITS GONNA GET BETTER.
