When we got inside the classroom,Kris's chair was vacant.What's going on with him?He never skipped classes.Suddenly,my phone vibrate.
At first,I thought it was Sam,but it wasn't.It was Kris.
*Hey,Liz.Sorry if I didn't showed up in class.Remember what I told you a day ago?Actually,I think it's happening now.So before I disappear,I want to see you first.Could you come here.I'm at the beach where I gave you the necklace.The beach is actually closed so I want you to sneak in.Just don't get caught.*
What?He's leaving now?!Why of all times?Without a second thought,I ran away.I heard Daphne asking me where I was going but I didn't answer her.Kris's case is more important.
