Oh my god, looking back, some of these facts are not 100% accurate. I'm so sorry. Back then, I did not know as much psychology as I do now. Maybe I'll do more accurate/informative chapters. I really did have good intentions, I wanted to help people.
Mental illness is not a black and white thing. So I highly recommend seeking professional help when it comes to disorders like depression and anxiety, because self diagnosis can be misleading and you could be wrong.
Anyways, bipolar disorder is not having fast mood swings; it's days of mania and days of depression. OCD is not being organized; it's obsessions that cause anxiety that lead to compulsions. Anorexia is not the same thing as being skinny. Eating disorders do affect boys too. Schizophrenia is not having multiple personalities; it's having delusions and hallucinations. PTSD can happen to anyone who's experienced trauma, not just war veterans. Anxiety is not being cute. Borderline personality disorder is not being abusive/manipulative. Social anxiety is not being shy; it's mind racing and hard to breathe and being uncomfortable and worrying.
