This disorder is characterized as repeated sudden episodes of explosive angry behavior

Symptoms:
With little to no warning
Last less than 30 seconds
Rage
Irritability
Increased energy
Racing thoughts
Tingling
Tremors
Palpitations
Chest tightness
Tempter tantrums
Tirades
Heated arguments
Shouting
Slapping or pushing
Physical fights
Property damage
Threatening or assaulting people and animals

After the episodes, you might feel tired or relieved, and later on guilt, regret, remorse or embarrassment.

History of physical abuse or other mental disorders may cause this. Genetics also play a role.

People with this disorder have trouble with their relationships and trouble with School, work, or at home, and possibly the law. Anxiety and depression disorders often occur. There's also more of a risk of using alcohol, and drugs. People with this disorder are also more at risk for physical health problems. Self harm and suicide attempts sometimes occur.

This is a chronic disorder, but there are things that can help:
Avoiding triggers
Learning how to communicate better
Practice relaxing techniques
Therapy
