Chapter 32- Deep thoughts

Y/N POV
Unlocking the gate i made my way back inside the house ..Jungkook told me that he will be staying at his parent's house since he has to discuss some deal with his father..Guess i am all alone in this huge house now...

Mind:do you miss his presence
Me:ofcourse not
Mind:yes you do
Me:no i don't

Shrugging away my thoughts i made my way into my room and quickly changed into my night suit..
I finally laid down on my bed and closed my eyes waiting for sleep..

10 minutes passed
20 minutes passed

flashbacks of the dance earlier kept on coming in my mind...

Damn this jungkook wont even let me sleep now
Ughhh..i started hitting my pillow in frustration but stopped when i heard a rattling sound from outside..

What was that?where did that sound come from?There is nobody in the house..

I thought as worry took over me

I grabbed my lamp and carefully tiptoed outisde..
The light of the kitchen was on...

"Why the hell is the noise coming from kitchen ?"spoke to myself

Making my way towards the kitchen i hid behind the fridge.. from there i could make out his back as he opened one of the drawer and tried to find something...

Wow he has such a good voice.. i found myself enjoying as he started humming to a song..

He turned around and in an instant i hid back ..i quickly tightened my hold on the lamb , got up and mustering all the strength i could i swing the lamp towards whoever it was ... But the person defended himself as he held the lamp from other side ..

"Y/n??""
"TAE!!"
We both said in unison..

Relief washed over me as i realised that it was tae and not some thief..

"Don't tell me you were going to hit me with this?"he asked
"I am sorry..i thought somebody broke in?"
"Really?y/n before doing anything atleast make sure who it is..what if this thing had hit my pretty face?" He asked wiping invisible sweat from his forhead only to receieve a laugh from me..
"Hey tae btw..Didn't you stay at your parent's house..I thought you were with jungkook?"
"Yes..actually i went to drop jimin hyung and then came straight home..Jk keep calling me but i am too lazy to go..here want some." He replied as he held a flavoured milk pack towards my direction
"Thanks"
"Lets go and sit by the pool."
I nodded and we made our way towards to pool and sat on the the seats by the pool...

Sipping my flavoured milk i looked up the sky when tae decided to break the silence
"What are you thinking about?"he asked making me look into his direction
"Nothing—just wondering if Junghyun is up there looking at us."i said as i looked back at the dark sky
"I am sure he is." I heard him say
"You know tae..my mother used to tell me that when people die they become stars." I said looking at him
"See that one is my mother,the next to her is my father."i told him pointing to the two bright stars shining together
"And that one ... The brightest one .. that must be Junghyun.." i said as my eyes widened at the beauty of the star that shone the brightest ..

Taehyung's POV

I heard her pointing towards different stars as her eyes widened with excitement..
I couldn't help but smile at the sight
"And how do you know thats Junghyun?" I asked her making her look towards me
"Because Junghyun's smile was the brightest and that star over there shines the brightest." She said smiling to herself and looking back at the sky..

Both of us didn't speak for the next few minutes as we sipped on our drinks until this time she decided to break the silence..
"You know tae..Today marks our 3rd anniversary." She said forcing a smile and continued "i wonder how things would have been if he were here....?" She said looking back at the sky and i could sense her voice cracking..
"You know i had seen so many dreams with him ..but i guess dreams are called dreams for a reason,because they never get real..we are never able to reach them." She spoke as she reached out her hand towards the sky..
"No dont say like that.."i said as i held her hand and pulled it back..
" dreams do get real..look around you..there are so many examples..look at me..do you know i always wanted to be on tv???i always wanted to be a super star,always wanted to be in front of cameras and see here i am now..i completed my dream and so can you..you just need to think of the right way to complete them"I said tightening my grip on her hand as i looked directly into her eyes.

"I just miss him tae." Tears finally started to fall from her eyes
"Hey hey!!don't cry i understand..he was my brother too." I held her face close and wiped her tears off as my own eyes started to become wet..

"Just believe in God ok..Let go and Let God." I smiled scanning her eyes to which she nodded

After what seemed like forever of quietness i decided to break the silence
"Hey y/n lets go..its getting late." I called out to her and looked beside me only to find her fast asleep on the seat..dried tears still on her cheeks..
I decided not to wake her up and carried her bridal style ..
I made my way towards her room and put her down comfortably..after Setting her pillow properly i covered her with quilt..
Moving away from the bedside i looked at her innocent face.

What part of you made jimin hyung fall for you?
Is it your hair? I thought as i pulled the strand of her hair behind her ear
Is it your eyes ?..i thought as i touched her now closed eyes..
Is it your nose or your lips ? I though as my finger made its way towards her nose and then trailing to her plump lips.
I gulped and quickly moved my finger away..
Or is it you heart?? I thought as i looked at her chest..

What i did next even took me by surprise..
I pulled out the chair from her desk and sat on it in a way that my one leg was on one side on the back of the chair and the other was on other side(i dont know how to describe it.. but you know the way boys usually sit on the chairs)
i rested my head over it and started taking over the sight in front of me..

What is it about you that pulling me towards you?what is it about you that makes me care for you..why is this sudden volcano erruption in my heart..earlier why did it feel so bad when you cried .. i cant possibly fall for you? Can i?

I kept on looking at her until my eyelids started to become heavy..
