The six girls roamed the halls of the mall. Fiona was nonstop talking to her Bluetooth, Prius and Raven took a shop stop at almost every retail sale. Masslie couldn't help but buy an iced latte at every sidebar there was, and Quincy was dragged around by Alosa to Best Buy, Future Shop, and other places that sold electronics.

When the group finally met up in the middle of the mall, everyone's day was seized.

They found themselves walking into a psychic joint. Automatically, Prius bursted into laughter. "They legit, have a psychic joint in the mall!" Quincy jabbed Prius's torso lightly, as a sign of or her to shut up.

"Would you like me to tell you who your soulmate is?" A strange lady with multiple neon colours in her hair asked in a noticeably fake and rehearsed accent. Prius couldn't help but giggle under her breath.

"Listen sweet cheeks, nothing in this world will make us pay for a psychic reading," Prius tossed her hair back, assuring the supposed psychic.

"The name is Everlife."

"How unfortunate," Prius muttered. She shared a glance with Raven, they cracked up and giggled once again, disrespectfully, tears coming out of their eyes.

"You don't believe in psychics?"

"I believe in psychos," Prius replied. Everlife raised her eyebrow and crossed her arms, she showed off her bleach white teeth and you could smell her breath a mile away, and no it wasn't minty.

"How bout I prove that psychics are real!" Everlife's eyes began to glow with anxiousness. "And. I'll do it for free. So, anyone up for a ride?"

After no one responded, Quincy finally decided she'd do it. She sat down on her knees at a small wooden table with a dream catcher in the middle of it. Everlife was on the other side. She took hold of Quincy's hands together and closed her eyes. "There is a special someone in your life already?"

Quincy nodded, "Yes."

"You've been seeing him for at least four years now?" Everlife predicted.

"Yes."

Everlife started to shake, her hands hold a huge grip on Quincy's. Then after a couple seconds Everlife and Quincy's hands separate. Everlife swallowed. She took a deep breath then stared into Quincy's eyes.

"I see. Lots of love and family in your future." Quincy couldn't help but grin, taking the psychic's word.

"It's astonishing how idiotic psychic readings can be," Prius sighed. "Who on Earth would believe a psychic?"

"She was pretty accurate Prius," Fiona implied. Prius didn't bother to listen.

"Anyone else want to know their soulmate?" Everlife demanded. Masslie sighed and raised her hand.

She sat down, as Quincy did a few minutes ago, and Everlife took her hand and closed her eyes. Instantly this time she started to sweat and let go. "That was so quick," Masslie said, a bit so disappointed. Everlife calmed herself again.

"You have known your soulmate for quite sometime now, soon he will ask you out." Prius rolled her eyes, Raven gulped. Masslie didn't know if she should be stoked or scared.

Raven turned to Prius and began to sweat. Prius shook her head and mouthed to Raven, 'He's not gonna ask her out.'

"So," Everlife glared at Prius. "You still do not believe in psychics?"

"Definitely," Prius snickered. Everlife played with her hands then grinned.

"For that I will not tell you you're soulmate."

"Oh. Depressing," Prius moped sarcastically.

"Anyone else who would like a psychic reading?" Everlife questioned. She took a look at Fiona, Alosa and Raven.

Alosa shook her head and waved her hands all about. "Not for me! I want my soulmate to be a surprise." Everlife then turned to Fiona.

"Don't bother on me."

Then, her eyes turned to Raven. What would Raven say? Was she determined enough to find out if Malcolm and her are actually something that she'd take a psychic reading?

"Sure," she abruptly decided. "What's the worst that could happen?" She took one last look at Prius who mouthed to her 'This is a bad idea! You're not gonna learn anything from this,' but ignored it and brushed it off her shoulder.

She sat down across Everlife. Everlife took her hand and started to chant something. "I see." Raven started to shake in excitement when Quincy's phone rang. Everlife had let go of Raven's hands. Annoyed that she was disturbed.

Quincy hung up the phone. "Lopez and Malcolm are waiting at Fabio's Diner. We should go," she explained.

"What about my reading?" Raven squeaked. Prius took hold of her hand and Quincy answered.

"We'll finish it some other time. Thank you very much Everlife," she appreciated Everlife. Everlife nodded her head and waved them off.

"What'd you guys do today?" Lopez put his arm around Quincy. They were at Fabio's Diner.

"Oh, nothing. Just shopped. Got a psychic to tell us who our soulmates are," Quincy answered, then kissed Lopez.

"Oh, really? And who's yours?"

"You." Lopez and Quincy couldn't help but be affectionate. Fiona made a gagging noise.

"Get a room!"

"Who else did the psychic do?" Malcolm inquired. Masslie turned her eyes to face down.

Quincy had no problem with answering, "Me, Masslie and Raven. Well sorta, we left before Raven could get hers." Raven also was uncomfortable being around Malcolm.

"Really?" Malcolm scratched the back of his neck. "And what was yours?" His eyes were on Masslie, who was looking down.

Quincy abruptly answered before Masslie could stop her, why would she anyway? Quincy would think. After all, they're all friends. "Everlife says that Masslie has known her soulmate for a while, and he's gonna ask her out soon."

"Everlife?" Lopez repeated. Quincy nodded.

Masslie couldn't stand sitting in the same booth as Malcolm anymore.

"Tomorrow's your birthday Alosa!" Prius exclaimed. "Don't forget. You get to choose what we do tomorrow. Just, nothing with computers." Alosa clapped her hands excitingly. It used to be unimaginable to her, that she would ever grow up.
