Your arms instantly went up to cover your neck as toga just walked away laughing. You quickly went back in the room and shut the door.

"She's right ya know~"

"Fuck of Dabi"

"I'll stab you and make you shout~"

"And I'll just laugh while you bleed out~"

You and Toga laughed as you finished your song. The day of which the L.O.V was meeting with this mystery man has finally arrived. The meeting was taking place in an isolated storage unit late at night. You all sat there waiting for twice's return. Suddenly the doors opened.

"Well, You brought us a pretty big catch now, huh twice" said shigaraki looking to the man walking besides twice. He wore a mask in the form of a beak with a green jacket and purple feathers at the trim.

"You think so?" the man responded "That's strange coming from you, the League of Villains"

Magne looked over at you and your brother "What gives? Is this guy famous or something?"

"Our master showed us a picture of him" you responded "He's what you'd call Yakuza. The young head of the Shie Hassaikai. Kai Chisaki. To what do we owe the pleasure~?" you asked smirking at him, eyes glowing red

"He's the number two of the whole game? Ooo I've never met anyone like him before! He smells so dangerous, how exciting!" exclaimed Magne

Toga sighed "What's the big deal? We're all criminals here so how is this guy different?" she asked while looking at Compress.

"Allow me to tell you a story" said Compress "In the past there were many different scary troops that ran the underworld. After heroes began thriving though they slowly but surely began to disband. When All Might took the stage their era was over. The Yakuza survivors who weren't caught became thugs for villain groups. In other words they were the lowest form of criminal, barely scraping by to make a living. Frankly, they're obsolete, an endangered species." he explained.

"An endangered species huh. I guess that's true." said chisaki smugly.

"Yeah what's a Yakuza thug from the slums doing here? Let me guess you're excited about All Mights retirement too?" questioned Magne

Chisaki looked over at you and your brother"It's good that he's gone , but I'm more interested in All for One's absence"

"The dark emperor who ruled over the shadows.Honestly though, most people my age thought he was an urban legend. You can imagine the shock when he showed up in the flesh, but in the end the big bad was thrown into tartarus and the symbol of peace retired which means those of us in the shadows and in the light are both leaderless. So, who will step up to take their places?"

You and your brother both stood up walking towards him

"You know who our master is and but you still got the nerve to ask that? Sounds like a challenge" said shigaraki with an intense glare

"We're the next leaders. Even now we're gathering our troops, our numbers continue to increase, with our combined power we'll turn hero society to dust" you said with a sinister smile

"You have an actual plan?" asked chisaki sarcastically

Shigaraki's glare grew more intense "Watch your tongue and your tone. We thought you came here to join up with us" Twice looked between the three of you in a panic

"A goal without a plan is just a wish." chisaki said while walking towards the both of you "If that's what your offering why should I join you? What happens after you increase your forces? Do you have any idea of how you'd even organize your league? You had the hero killer stain at your side, muscular, moonfish, all first class game pieces and you lost them. Maybe you just didn't know how to play the game. You can't even manage a few crazy people but you want to build an army?" he said chuckling "What happens when that power spirals out of control? You need direction to achieve your goals and I have a plan. I didn't come her today because I wanted to join you."
