Becoming his Old Lady (A Sons of Anarchy Story)

CHAPTER TWENTY ONE

"You want to invite my parents over for supper?" My jaw almost hit the floor at her request  

"Of coarse they rebuilt the club house for us it's the least we can do" She said wrapping her arm around me as we walk out to her car

"I guess I'll give them a call then and see if they would wanna come over" Taking out my phone I called my mom I say goodbye to Gemma before heading back into the club

Shockingly my parents in for suppers at Gemmas I gave them the details and they reassured me they would be there. Going to the bar I sit in a stool across from Phil as he places a rum and coke in front of me. Just as I take a sip the door opens and a cute little brunette walks in, I've never seen her so before any of the guys can get to her I go over and introduce myself. 

"Hey I'm Elle can I help you?" I smile at her reaching out to shake her hand 

"Oh um hi my names Paige I'm looking for Lyla we went to school together" She said softly before shaking my hand

"Ok cool follow me I'll show you where she is" Turning around I lead her down to Opies room

Knocking on the door Lyla answers Opie no where in the room but when she saw Page she practically plows through me, then almost tackles her. Letting out a little laugh I head back to the bar where Chibs is now seated he gives me smile his scars showing when I sit next to him, he wanted something I can feel it in my bones. 

"Chibs I am an engaged women we can't be doing this anymore" I joked slapping his arm playfully

"So sweet of you but not why I want to talk to you did you happen to catch the girls name?" He asked

"Paige why?" Just then Phil slipped him another beer

"Get to know her then introduce me to her would ya?" He said taking a sip from the bottle

"I don't know...what do I get from it?" I asked in a hushed tone leaning in

"Anything you want sweetheart" He said smilling

"Awe you know I'd do it for free, give me awhile and I'll see what I can do" He gave me a smile and a nudge

Gemma called me later that day and I let her know that my parents are taking her up on the offer which seems to make her happy. We meet up at the grocery store half an hour later to get some groceries then headed over to her place. Around seven people started to show up and who would have guessed the last person to come in is Paige. Note to self make sure to claim my seat next to her later. 

"Gemma your house is amazing you have beautiful taste" My mother surprisingly with ought a gross look on her face 

"Oh Elizabeth after everything you've done for us, you still compliment my house" Said Gemma setting a plate on the table my mom did the posh hand wave thing like she didn't mind

While we finished getting everything on the table I managed to corner Paige and get to know he a little before we headed to sit at the table, before we can dig in Clay stands up. 

"Elizabeth and Mark I would like to extend a great big thank you from everyone here at SAMCRO to the both of you, even when after all the things we put your family through you helped us, helped rebuild our club house part of our lively hood, but most importantly you gave us Elle if it wasn't for her vouching for us all these years this never would've  happened. She is truly our blessing in disguise and I know it's hard for you to see her with people like us but we truly love her and thank you" Said Clay raising his beer everyone raised their glasses cheering

"Thank you Clay, we appreciate everything you have done for Elle you may not see it but you guys made her into more of a strong independant women then we could have ever" My mother said smiling at everyone

She had managed to snag a seat next to me before I could invite Paige to, Juice sat on the other side of me she followed my gaze around the table.

"They've really grown on me I can finally see why you like them so much" She leaned in whispering in my ear

"Thanks mom I think I might wanna keep them around" I laughed winking at her

For the rest of the supper we talked, laughed my parents telling embarrassing stories of us from our childhood. My parents stayed around to help clean up before they headed home for the night thanking Gemma and Clay again for having them over for supper. 

"Thank god that's over" I sigh leaning into Juice as he wraps his arm around me

"Now its time to party lets go" Said Jax as the boys headed out the door

"Paige you're coming right?" I asked her as we all filed out behind them 

"Umm...sure...is what I'm wearing ok?" She looks nervous

"I'll lend you something when we get to the club, you can ride with me" She follows me to my car getting in we head for the club she was quiet the whole drive
