Promises Were Meant To Be Broken

Chapter 7

Picking up my phone, I saw that it's Alex calling.

"Helloooo?"

"Where are you?!"

"Shit! I almost forgot! I'm coming right now!"

"Ok but-"

I hung up before he could finish

Quickly getting my keys, I got in my car and drove off

Thoughts came to my mind.

What am I suppose to say?

I have a lot to tell, but how would their reactions be?

I know I'm gonna break down.

Austin thought he was going to be a dad.

He still shouldn't have cheated.

I know he's hurt but he hurt me more.

It still hurts knowing this.

It hurts that he broke so many promises.

Like it was nothing.

A few tears came out but I wiped them away.

After 4 months, he never once left my mind.

I just miss him more and more everyday.

He doesn't know how much pain he caused me.

It's like he doesn't even care.

And that's what I'm starting to believe..

About 15 minutes later, I arrived at the airport

I thought about what Alex was suppose to tell me.

But whatever it is, it can wait.

How am I suppose to explain what happened with Austin and Taylor without breaking down?

Letting out a sigh, I started walking in.

I looked everywhere but I couldn't find them

Finally, I spotted Alex.

He's talking to someone

His back facing me

I smiled right away

I saw Mickey with Robert and Ari sitting with Sarah.

But.. they look upset.

Why?

Quietly running towards Alex, I hugged him tight by behind.

"ALEX!! I MISSED YOU!"

But the boy he was talking to, came out.

I gasped loudly

"I'm sorry..." He whispered

Alex.. sorry for what?

Who's this guy Im hugging?

"....Becky?"

He turned and I saw who I never wanted to see.
Austin...

Austin's Point of View

Me and Alex started talking.

I told him about how Taylor lied to me, my career, everything.

"But do you know where Becky is?" I asked once again

"Austin, she doesnt want to see you. There's a reason why she left. I understand that Taylor lied to you, but you shouldn't have led her on. You should've told her what was going on. She would've understand. But you didn't. You really hurt her Austin."

I buried my face in my hands

"I know I did. But all I want now is her to be with me."

A tear slid out.

They just announced that we landed.

Me and Alex were the last to get off.

"Austin, where have you- Oh hi Alex! What are you doing here? No wonder I saw the rest of the crew boarding off" My mom told and gave him a hug

"Hi Michele. Yeah we're just here for vacation."

My mom looked at him suspiciously

"Ok. Y'all have fun. Austin, just stay with them while our ride is coming. ok?"

"Yea mom. Bye!" 

She kissed my cheek as I rolled my eyes at annoyance

We started walking towards the crew

They turned to us.

They seemed really excited and happy until they saw me

"Oh. Austin." Mickey started

"Hey guys."

Ari whispered something to Sarah and she asked

"Alex, when is our ride coming?"

His eyes widen

"Crap."

"Uhh.. Im gonna make a call. Be right back."

He left. He looked worried. Weird.

I looked at the crew and they looked angry.

"What?" I asked annoyed

"Austin, what the hell are you doing here? You're not suppose to be here." Mickey asked in a tone

"How did you even know I was here?"

"Me. I told them. Alex told me and I told them." Sarah said

To be honest, I really missed them.

I sighed

"I really missed all of you guys."

"Austin, we miss you too. But we can't trust you. After what you did-"

"You don't understand."

"Don't understand? You CHEATED on Becky! After all you caused her, you just break her a-"

"What's going on?" Alex came back putting his phone away

"Is B- our ride coming?"

He nodded

Who was Sarah suppose to say?

Well, me and Alex started talking while I was waiting for my ride to come.

But I got a phone call.

It's from Taylor.

I groaned and pressed ignore

She called again. and again.

But I pressed ignore.

Finally, she stopped.

The crew looked really upset.

Guilt struck me.

"You miss her, don't you." Alex started

"Yes. Very much. I need her."

I heard him sigh

"Well, hopefully you two can talk. Maybe she'll understand. Hopefully things will get better."

All of a sudden, I felt arms wrapped around me.

Someone giving me a hug from behind. And it was a really tight hug

"ALEX!! I MISSED YOU!" 

I know that voice anywhere..

My breath got stuck at my throat and froze 

"I'm sorry..." He whispered 

My eyes widen

"...Becky?"

I turned and there she was.

She's still so beautiful.

Tears started coming out because of how much I missed her.

Her gorgeous eyes now filled with tears and her smile dropped.

"A-A-Austin...?"
