Ch. 42 "Fate"

                                                      Klaus POV 

I arrived at the Gilbert house about to destroy someone whoever dared to harm my little bird!

I get to the porch seeing Kol cradling Jayden in his arms petting her head. 

"I didn't want this for you bunny." He said caressing her cheek with his hand. 

I kneeled down at  her. 

Kol looked at me. 

"I couldn't protect her Nik, I tried they tried to stake me. she jumped in front of me. it should've been me." Kol said 

"It shouldn't have been either of you." I said angry. 

I see Elena, Jeremy standing there in shock. 

I vamp speed at Elena shoving my hand in her chest grabbing her heart. 

This caused her to gasp. 

"I should rip your heart out and shove it down your throat!" I said angry

"Do you have any idea what you've done!" I said 

"I was aiming for Kol." She gasped 

"You would've done that I would have killed you. and she would have hated you! she still might!" I said 

I looked back at Kol

"Take her to the house Kol. I'll catch up." I said 

He nodded standing up with her in his arms. 

"She's going to wake up as a vampire thankfully we knew this was going to happen eventually but not this soon." I said glaring at her. 

"Klaus!" I hear Damon he tries to attack me but I grab him with my free arm and throw him across the room. 

"When she wakes up I am going to make her choose. Kill you, or not. But in the meantime you are going to suffer like you have been making her." I said 

Brining out my Hybrid fangs and biting her in the wrist. 

"No!" She screamed 

"This is your clock. it starts now. Your life is now in your sister's hands." I said walking away

"I suggest you get your affairs in order just in case." I said about to walk out

"Jayden would never kill me." Elena said 

I turned around and marched toward her. 

"Are you completely certain about that? You have been so wrapped up with the Salvatore's causing her pain every moment you can are you completely sure?" I said 

I could see the hesitation in her eyes. 

I turn around to leave. 

"You can't leave me like this I'll die!" She said 

"Not right away love, Maybe you should have thought twice about trying to kill my brother and killing your own sister." I said walking out of the house. 

I get to my house and as soon as I enter Rebekah storms over to me. 

"What the bloody hell happened? Kol won't even talk to us!" Rebekah said 

"Elena killed Jayden trying to kill Kol." I said 

"What?!" Rebekah said 

"I'm going to kill that little bitch," Rebekah said about to leave 

"Already took care of it." I said 

"I should have never suggested she talk to her." Elijah said full of guilt. 

"We can't worry about that now. She's going to need our help. She might want to turn it off right away since her sister is the one who did this to her. she's going to need all of our help how to deal with this and how to be a vampire." I said 

Everyone nodded 

"Where's Kol?' I said 

"Still upstairs with her." Rebekah said 

I nodded as I poured myself a drink. 

"So how did you take care of it?" Rebekah said 

"I bit Elena told her that little bird decides her fate now." I said 

"So she's suffering?" Rebekah said 

I took a sip. 

I nodded 

Rebekah smirked 

                                Third Person POV 

Kol sat next to Jayden the entire time watching and waiting. hoping she wakes up. She laid in the bed peacefully. 

When suddenly her eyes flew open and she let out a long gasp.
