Groaning, Beomgyu slumped down to his seat while carefully placing his drawing tube beside him. Now in his fourth year in architecture with his two friends, Soobin and Hueningkai, they were his lifeline in surviving this hell.
It was now their lunchtime, deciding to have it outside at the gazebo with their stomachs hungry but minds occupied with nothing but deadlines and plates.
"What's our next subject?" He heard Hueningkai ask beside him.
"Building technology" He simply replied whilst taking out his drawing tube, popping the lid open to get his unfinished plate out.
"Oh shit! Hopefully, our prof won't give anything yet because we have a deadline in design!" Hueningkai complained for the third time.
"Then better do it now instead of complaining about it" Beomgyu replied.
"Can we pause for a moment? Let's have lunch first, I'm starving" Soobin finally barged into their ongoing conversation.
Ignoring his words, Beomgyu placed his plate on top of the table, taking out his pencil case and his T-square ruler. He was hungry, yes, but he can't relax until he finishes something that he already started.
Feeling a tap on his shoulder, he looked up to see the two of them standing behind him.
"What do you want? We'll order it for you" Hueningkai asked.
"Just their chicken sandwich and a bottle of water"
Nodding their heads, he watched as his two friends walked back inside to go to the cafeteria.
