Originally a military man, Captain Nathaniel Adam volunteered for an experimental procedure by the U.S. Military in order create super soldiers. The experiment went terribly wrong and turned Adam into living radiation. To prevent his radiation from dispersing, thus killing himself and creating nuclear incident in the process, Nathaniel has no choice but to wear a special dilustel suit every waking moment of his life.
