They say that after death, the human brain has seven minutes left to replay memories. That's what happened to you, except, it was a lot longer than seven minutes. You replayed all the fun times in the underground with your friends and with Sans. It felt like you were actually there instead of just watching and remembering them. You were aware of the pain in your right arm but it was dull and didn't seem to bother you that much. You knew that you would wake up, but you didn't know when. You knew that you'd see your friends again, but you didn't know where. You knew that the machine was changing you, but you didn't know why. It didn't matter at the moment. Nothing did. Except him. You replayed memories of Sans in your head. You smiled and could feel tears running down your face. When you wake up, you would find him. You knew he wouldn't be there when you woke up, but you did know that he wouldn't forget you. None of your friends would. So you relaxed and let the machine work, while you waited for the moment when you would wake up.
