Chapter 3
Ryder POV
I couldn't focus on any of my work today because I woke up with a uncomfortable feeling , I was in my Algebra class and I wanted to talk to Omar but the uncomfortable feeling is bothering me. Once my algebra class was over I walked over to Omar.
"Omar" I said and he turned to look at me
"Oh hey your Ryder right?" he said
"Yeah, uh....I wanted to say sorry......about what happened yesterday" I said geez I suck at apologies, he smiled and chuckled
"It's alright, wanna have lunch together?" he said and my mouth drop to the floor, he's going to forgive me like that? is that how friends forgive eachother, that quickly?
"You want to have lunch with me?" I said and he nodded usually people would forgive me and leave me alone but he ask me to go to lunch with him!
"Y-yeah!"I said happily and realize what I done so I cleared me throat and stared at him "I mean yeah sure that sounds cool" I tried my best to sound cool but deep down inside I was doing back flips. He laughed and I smiled sheepishly, I'm such a loser
"See you then" he said and I walked to my Spanish class, the feeling came back to me. I didn't knew what it was but I ignore it. I saw my brothers in the class and I sat next to Rylan
"Hey LaLa" I said
"Hey Dee" he said I smiled like a fool and he stared at me for a while "DeeDee why are you smiling like an idiot?"
"Well that kid who wanted to be my friend still wants to!" I said happily and he smiled
"I'm happy for you, what rank is he in?" He asked I didn't ask but I squirmed in my seat because of that weird feeling.
"I don't know, I'll ask him next time I see him" I said and the class started, I squirmed in my seat and once again I couldn't focus. That feeling was getting worse, I squirm again and again.
"Dee what's your problem?" he whispered
"I have this weird feeling and it's very uncomfortable" I said and Rylan looked concern
"Do you want me to take you home?" he said I love my brothers try would drop everything they were doing and help me. I hope they wouldn't forget me when they met their mates, I smiled at him
"No thanks I can handle it" I said and I tried to focus on my work. The period was over and I walked out with my brothers, we walk together to lunch and sat on a table with their friends.
"Guys don't be rude to my friend please" I begged they looked at each other and I suck my teeth "guys! please! he's my only friend" I said
"Fine we promise" They said I smiled, I looked around for Omar and found him looking for me. I walked to Omar and I smiled
"Looking for someone?" I said to him
"Yeah she's short with brown hair and violet eyes, oh she has four brothers that look exactly like her" he said I laughed and took him to the table I was sitting in. All of my brothers and his friends were talking to eachother and I was talking to Omar. I like Omar so far he sounds like I have a good friend. I hope he stays like that, I would hate for him to become a jerk. Once lunch was over I said good bye to Omar and I walked to the library.
I couldn't get any of my work done because I felt so weird. I had to go to my lycanthrope class but I really felt uncomfortable. I was pacing back and forth in a isle in the library, I couldn't focus on anything the feeling was getting worse. I was twenty minutes late to class so I ran to the girls locker room and changed into training wear and walked in the gym. I saw Beta Sam and another guy. The other guy was bigger than anyone here, I looked down knowing he had a higher rank than me. I knew all eyes were in me, I made my way to the bleachers
"Who are you?" The man said with his deep voice
"I-I'm Ryder. Ryder Morris" I said looking at him, he was turn to Beta Sam
"This is the Ryder Morris you were talking about? She's a girl" The man said really? are you going to talk about me like that right infront of me, i spoke before the Beta did.
"That's so sexist! How can you say that? Women can be just as strong as Men!" I said and before I knew it , my brothers came to me and Ronnie covered my mouth.
"Who is this ?" The man said He pointed at me, I was about to fight him but my brothers were holding me back.
"This is our sister , she also new to this pack, she didn't know what she was thinking. it won't happen again, Alpha" Raymond said Alpha?! That was the alpha! I froze
That was the alpha of the sliver wolf pack. One of The strongest pack in the World, I could crush my dreams for what I did!
That's Kayden Bennett one of the youngest and strongest, undefeated Alphas, He was alpha when he turn fifteen. He made the Sliver Blood pack stronger than ever, He can kill me for just say 'okay' instead of saying 'yes Alpha' Crap I'm in serious trouble
"Go sit" Alpha said and We started to walk to the bleachers until the alpha spoke, oh thank god I guess I'm safe after all
"Except, for the girl........we need to work something's out with her, Please follow me" he said I turned around and followed him out the gym, I knew it was too good to be true. He walked into a office. It was big so it must have been the betas office, I realize that the feeling was gone once I saw him, I didn't feel uncomfortable. I felt Nervous and Shy with butterflies in my stomach, I never felt this way with an alpha or any one else so what is it about this one?
'Mate! he is our mate! the alpha is our mate' Lola said I was shock,
