I walked home slowly . I know Jacob gave me only half an hour but I wanted some time to think .
I don't love Jacob . Though I like him .
I really do like him but the problem is not in the way Jacob wants me to .
I only said yes to him because I thought I could move on . I could be happy again . I thought may be I would develop feelings for him .
It's been two months and I still don't feel anything more towards him . Am I bad ? Does thinking about oneself is considered mean ? Am I selfish ? What if I don't feel anything more than friend towards him and it will hurt him so badly .
But I don't want to tell him this . I don't want to hurt him . But even I know this that this isn't the only reason I'm with him . The other main reason is because I still think I can leave behind my past and live a little .
" Emma , where are you going ?" A voice came from behind me and I turned to look at mom confused .
I looked around and saw that while I was thinking I came two houses ahead of my home and if it wasn't for mom then I would have went way far then home .
" Just coming home mom . " I reached her gave a kiss to her cheek and immediately went upstairs to my room . I opened my door and saw Mason standing in front of my closet with two outfits in his hands .
" I figured that Jacob will be taking you somewhere so I thought I'll give you my wonderful advice on outfit ." He grinned .
" How did you know ?" I gaped at him .
" Uh I think I am still a guy so I know how we think . This is his way of telling you that he is your boyfriend ." I rolled my eyes at his statement and examined the outfits he chose .
First one was blue denim shorts paired with a white crop top along with a grey cardigan . It was cute and I think perfect for movie date .
