"Where are we going Buck.. I need to know what to pack." she said through facetime
"Clothes are optional." he said
"You perv." she said
"We may not leave the hotel room I may just keep you in bed naked and make you scream my name like you do. Cause I do love that my neighbors don't but I don't care." he said
She rolled her eyes and he said "What? I can't wait to have you here all the time."
"Yeah for like two years then I'll be there all alone till I'm done with my degree." she said
"Well about that.. I'm changing my major from just fire science to BS in Fire Science and Emergency Management. So I'm going to be here a little longer than I had originally planned." he said
"Why are you changing it?' she said
"Because I remembered when your mom had you how I watched the EMTs came to my house and one of them was also a fire fighter. I asked my dad later why he was both and he said that there are many fire fighters at the station that are also EMTs or paramedic. I kinda want to be a fire fighter and paramedic so I went to my student advisor after we got back from holiday break to ask about it. He told me that it was going to add more classes that it's a Bachelor's degree which means more school but that's okay. Cause I get to be here with you." Bucky said
She smiled and he said' Besides I don't want you here all by yourself."
"I love you baby." she said
"I love you too now finish packing. You don't need a bathing suit all you need is clothes for the weekend." he said
"Okay." she said
They continued their conversation and she finished packing. The next morning she woke up to Bucky running a finger down her nose and he whispered "Baby wake up we gotta get on the rode to the airport."
"Okay." she said
She got up and got herself dressed. He took her bag down to the truck she came down half asleep. Sarah kissed her and said "You two have fun happy early birthday Chloe baby."
She smiled and said "Thanks mom."
They got in Bucky's truck he stopped and got her some breakfast and coffee. After a long drive they made it to the airport. He refused to let her surprise be ruined so he had her put her headphones in when they were about to call it. "Why are you not letting me know where we are going." she said
"Cause it's a surprise." he said
"I can't surprise you but you can surprise me that's not fair." she said
"You can surprise me I just don't like being scared." he said
"Okay." She said as she laid her head on his shoulder and interlaced her hand with his then fell asleep.
After a long 9 hour flight they finally landed in France. They found their way to baggage claim and they got them a rental car. Figured out how to drive in France and she saw the Eiffel Tower in front of the building they were staying in.
"Oh my gosh Buck.. you brought me to Paris for my birthday." she said
"I did baby..let's get up to our suite." he said
They got to the front desk and got checked into their suite his dad helped him reserve. They got on the elevator she looked over at him "You really do pay that much attention to me." she said
