"Alright you two! Have a wonderful time on your date." Namjoon stood by the doorway like a proud father, who just set his daughter up in with a rich Doctor.
Jimin and Kara looked over at each other, and exchanged awkward glances.
"I know-I know, you're too excited to show your emotions right now." Namjoon chuckled as he shoved them out the door way. "Have fun! I'll be taking a long bath, so knock before you come in." He warned them before pushing the couple into the hall.
"This is unfair." Jimin began complaining. "The least he could do was give us money to spend."
"Jimin.." Kara glared at him. "You have a million dollars."
"I know." He sighed. "I'm saving that for something else."
"What are you gonna buy for a million dollars? A million fancy cars to put in your mansion? Yeah, I get it, materialistic things seem cool, but it's not all that—"
"I have something to ask you." He suddenly grabbed Kara's hand as they stepped out of the hotel doors. The sun was beaming, birds were chirping. It was a beautiful sight to see.
"W-What?" Kara raised her brows as she nervously gripped onto his hand. He looked over at her and pursed his lips.
"Can you show me where you live?"
Kara's eyebrows slightly lowered as she was hit with the unexpected question. Jimin noticed and quickly spoke. "You don't have to if you're uncomfortable."
"I'm not." Kara brushed it off. "I just wasn't really expecting that. It's this way." She slightly pulled him into another street and they continued to walk. "Just so you know, I was never in one place all the time, but this one was the most special to me. It was like my own little secret hide out." Her lips curved into a smile.
"Kind of like how Aladdin had his hide out, and then he brought Jasmine up to see it. So in this case, I'm the Jasmine I guess, and you're Aladdin. Namjoon can be the annoying ass monkey—"
"What on earth are you talking about?" Kara gave him a concerned look. "Are you drunk? High? Any thing that involves your brain not functioning correctly?"
"You've never seen Aladdin?" Jimin scratched his head.
"Hmm, let's see. I lived on the streets all my life, so I couldn't really afford to have a tv, if we're speaking the obvious—"
"Okay okay." Jimin scoffed. "You don't have to be so sarcastic about it. Sorry I keep forgetting you're not like us." Jimin got the last word, before everything got silent.
"Up here." Kara softly spoke after a couple minutes of silence. She left his hand, letting him follow her up the wooden stairs. Kara lowered her brows when Jimin skipped a step, and jumped ahead of her.
