worlds end

apparently the world was gonna end the 27th,

thats what i heard from TikTok and other places.

i was working nights the 26th,

i was still there when it struck midnight.

i cant describe the disappointment i felt

when the world didn't end.

thats a crazy thing to say,

i know,

but i knew if the world was ending,

i could drive to your house,

walk thru your door

and we would hold each other,

love each other again,

until the very end
