This was the part she had been dreading; telling her father. It still kinda bothered her, maybe because if she actually says it out loud it becomes true~ her band from Sweden. but how was that concerning?
Perhaps it was the fact that if they go back to their original state he'll see it, at school it's easier to be discreet because you blended in with hundreds of other people but when it's just one person, it becomes dangerous.
Her dad was in the living room with Carlos, helping him get ready for school when she approached them.
"Dad, I need to tell you something" she began, struggling about how she would word her situation "my band is coming over from Sweden"
"Well that's wonderful!" Ray exclaimed. He was absolutely delighted that he was gonna meet the people who brought music back into her daughters life.
"Yeah but the problem is, they don't have anywhere to stay so I was wondering~" Julie was cut off by her fathers next statement
"Of course they can stay in the studio! But no boys in your room, okay?" He warned as Julie reddened a little
"Of course! I would never..."

School was a very eventful day. It started with the guys constant questions about pretty much anything and everything.
"Julie" began Alex "why do people keep asking us for a photo to put on 'Instagram'"
"Yeah, People keep talking about 'TikTok' dances...do they dance like a clock?" Luke added equally as confused about modern day technology.
"Ha! I'm trending" Reggie grinned, showing them all his phone
Julie laughed at their bafflement as she put her books back in her locker. The boys were like lost sheep on a farm and she was their shepherd, they always stood close to her so they wouldn't get lost too.
By the time it was lunch, Julie, Flynn, Luke, Reggie and Alex strolled outside to eat lunch on the bleachers because it was such a beautiful day.
"I can't do math. I can't. I'm, I'm done" Luke stressed flicking his pencil in the air, he was sitting stretched across the bleacher bench as he groaned at the subject "when did they start adding letters?!?! I thought this was math not English!"
"Don't sweat it, I am GREAT at math, I'll tutor you" Julie offered emphasising the word great in reference to their old song, Luke seemed to understand this immediately as he was already giving a small chuckle.. but the others.. not so much.. it didn't matter though, she liked having her own little joke with him.
"Uh, jules, I need to talk to you...in private" Flynn said rather suspiciously though the guys didn't seem to pick that up
"Sure" agreed Julie, she didn't really know what this could be about, was it something she had said? Flynn took Julie by the wrist and dragged her all the way down to the bottom
"Julie, you suck at math" Flynn admitted openly folding her arms, though she was exaggerating a little it was primarily true
"Oh come on, I'm not that bad" Julie responded to her best friend
Julie wasn't the worst at math but she still wasn't tutor material, she didn't really know why she offered but she oddly didn't want to back down on it.
"Well your no Einstein!" Flynn had stated wafting her hands in the air as she spoke
"Einstein's specialised in science"
"Whatever!"
If Flynn was gonna torment her about her lack of math knowledge, she could do it probably, sure Einstein specialise in mathematics but she needed the win.
"Hey, when nick asked you to tutor him you turned him down" Flynn recalled as Julie's eyes widened in realisation. Flynn gave her a look, their was no point in denying it, Julie already knew what she was thinking, she just had to change the subject some how
"Oh.. how strange.. my schedule has suddenly become free.." She said, her voice getting higher and higher as she spoke
"Listen, you know how good I am at math" Julie nodded in agreement, Flynn was great at it "I'll help you guys" Julie gave her an odd glance
"No, no, I have no interest in third wheeling, I'll invite Reggie" Flynn read the look like an open book
Julie's mind instantly wandered over to Alex, how strange it was for Flynn to of completely forget about him like that when they seemed to be becoming fast friends
"And Alex" she had said
"Oh yeah! Him too"

Meanwhile
Lacrosse practice was currently being taken place as the boys waited for Julie and Flynn to finish there little conversation. Luke didn't like waiting, especially for Julie, he just wanted to be around her all the time, to share their ideas or jokes or interests. He stared off after her as Reggie and Alex's conversation began to unfold
"I've been thinking~" Reggie had started before Alex cut him off
"You can do that?" Alex had asked in disbelief, his voice dripping of sarcasm
"I'm just gonna ignore that hurtful statement" Reggie had said "anyway, let's try out for lacrosse team!"
"Do you even play?" Alex questioned
"Well No, but I played basketball and how different are they really" he suggested. Reggie was trying his hardest to have the most humanly high school experience as he could, so why not try out?
"I-what?" Alex baffled
Reggie seriously worried Alex sometimes.. scratch that, all the time. Does Reggie even listen to the words that just flow out off his mouth?
Alex stopped wondering about how questionably Reggie is once he got a glimpse or a familiar figure in the corner of his eye, a figure who made his stomach flutter whenever their hands would brush against each other, a shadowy figure that made him laugh like no one else could~

Sorry about the Time I've had a busy day though I hoped you liked this chapter.
I may have gotten high school in America a little wrong cause I'm British and just have to go off what I've watched and read before. Do you know how hard it was to write maths as math? It goes against everything I, as an English woman stand for!
I'm joking... mostly.
By the way, I don't know if I'll be able to update Sunday because it is actually my birthday on Saturday but I'm going out for Sunday so I don't know, I just thought you should know if your confused as why it's late.
