"First of all, since the Advisor position is now empty, I would like to assign, the Uchiha Clan Head and Nara Clan Heir to this position," all the Shinobi Council widen their eyes.

"Uchiha Sasuke and Nara Shikamaru will be instated to the Council from now on. As for the Civilian Council, I would like to assign Dr. Takishima Ayumi as their head follow by Hittori Daisuke and Fumikawa Kenji," another murmured circulate to the place.
The Civilian Council is consist of a Civilian Doctor, A Farmer Organization Leader and a Neutral Civilian Organization Leader. Its actually a good combination since a Civilian Doctor tended both wounded Shinobi and Civilian. Meaning, she was the balance of the two category. She can be adept to both Shinobi and Civilian issue.
Hittori Daisuke is one of the powerful and have a great influence to the Farmer Side of Konoha Population. Having him in the civilian council can voice out many complain of poorer citizens of Konoha. Fumikawa Kenji on the other side is more powerful to middle to noble class Civilians who have a neutral view to the issues regarding Shinobi and Civilian. They can be easily adepted to the issue since they did not favor any side. Always looking in the middle.
"Second issue is the Academy Curriculum. I will send you the whole report about the Curriculum change after this meeting. But I wanted to change the curriculum that had been lowered because of the Civilians. With this, the percentage of graduation rate will increase and our Genins will be ready to a Rank-C Mission after they graduates. It is to provide them more percentage to survive specially those Ninja who don't have clans or Shinobi background," Naruto smile brightly and look to his new Council.
"Council Meeting will reduce from weekly to monthly. I don't see any reason not to decrease the council meeting. Aside from its time consuming, all I just experience is obviously a non-sense rant and complaints specially from the Civilian Council before. From now on, Council meeting will be held on first Monday of each month, same time," the Shinobi Council felt grateful to that. Naruto was right, it is too time consuming.
"Back to the Curriculum, I propose this curriculum to open many of our Jounins to their burden of being a Jounin Teacher. This responsibility will be now on Chunins. From the report I have there are far too many Chunins who was always vacant and idle to each day. And mission always required Jounin Rank. I'm sure the whole situation will be explained," Naruto said.
"Hokage-sama, may I ask you a question even if its too troublesome? When did you start to plan this?" Shikaku ask calculating each of Naruto's word.
"Since I take over," Naruto said with a smirk.
Too terrifying if its true. He played the politics like a toy. He didn't even leave any room for argument. Even Shikaku cannot comprehend how high Naruto's IQ right now for coming up this kind of planning ahead in a short span of time.
"Don't be too shock for major changes that will happen in our system. Aside from that, there will be a surprise to our next meeting," Naruto continue to discuss a lot of things he prepare for Konoha.
Even the cleansing of Spies from other country was discussed to the meeting. The raid of Sound Village and Orochimaru's Laboratory even the alliance for Sand Village in the name of Gaara's effort.
From what he heard, the Kazekage already weal after doing their best to save him. The battle between him and Orochimaru took a great toll to his body. And because of Gaara's help, Rasa saw a new light to him. Now, Gaara will just wait for three years to take over the Suna Nins.
He also discussed the distribution of mission, as part of their new Alliance, Naruto give the Suna a lot of Mission freeing more man power inside and outside.
It makes the Konoha more stronger before the invasion. From Naruto's maneuver of his new political power, it seems like he was already a veteran one in this field. He left no room for others to take advantage of him. So in the end of their meeting, Naruto grin, he was too satisfied from doing his next step.
"Now, we'll proceed to the next step," Naruto thought. He smile as he went to his office looking to the new Konoha they just build with others.
"I wonder what happen to Kurama. Its been four years..." He mumbles. He was not worried to Kurama where ever he was right now since he was with his Blood Clone. He was excited to the news that he will get if he came back.
"Hokage-sama, Hyuga-dono is seeking for audience," His Secretary respectfully said.
"Come in," Naruto said so the door open as Hiashi entered with Neji who cannot look directly to Naruto.
"Something wrong?" Naruto is expecting him specially after their long conversation a month ago.
"I need a word with you, Hokage-sama. I also begging for your grace to let us talk with Uzumaki-san," Hiashi felt trouble by the look of Naruto. His eyes become red looking seriously to him.
"What do you want to her?" Naruto coldly ask. He want to protect Hinata from pain as he loves him with all his heart.
"We... Just need to talk," Hiashi said lowering his tone.
"Hyuga-dono, Neji-san, Hinata-hime is under my protection. Harming her will be equal to declaring war to me. I will let yoy talk to her, but..." Hiashi look hopeful to Naruto. He really wanted to talk to Hinata first and he will give his answer to Naruto from his question month ago.
"You can only talk to her near to my whole team 7," Hiashi widen his eyes. The thought of putting the whole SoK member inside the place where they will talk will send him a clear message.
Mess up with her or hurt her, you'll die.
