People are all around me
but no one can hear my voice.
No matter how much I speak,
people always interrupt or ignore me.
I don't feel invisible, rather painfully ignored.
I get up and leave
and they don't notice a thing.
I cry silently and I feel lonelier than ever before.
I'm alone in a crowded room, and it hurts.
