Time compressed into a book, filled with hundreds of pages
Describing a life from birth to death
Between every moment and word that has been said
A read filled with mixed emotions, rollercoasters of feelingsI wish to be able to skip, but life doesn't work like that
Maybe if it was truly a book, things would be easier
But days still write words on a page
A place in your head that stores memoriesGood things come to an end
Sad chapters written, tears forming
But it only lasts for so long
It's just a page, it's just a chapterThe book doesn't have to end yet
There's still so much more to write about
Pretty sunsets, the taste of ice cream
The beauty of life that still exists
