lloyd's pov
the other ninja (mostly kai) are not excited about my idea to go back to kryptarium prison. we're all sitting around the table at the monastery.
"just forget about harumi!" kai repeats for like the millionth time.
"i just..." i sigh and place my head in my hands. "i just can't okay? i need to know why-"
"lloyd, she manipulated you and tricked us all!" nya says.
"plus she almost destroyed the city," zane adds.
"yeah, how can you possibly want to go back and see her?" jay askes.
"i don't know!" im getting kind of annoyed with all the questioning. "i just can't stop thinking about her, and i'll sleep better knowing she's really evil. or something."
there's silence. i know i don't make any sense.
"lloyd, buddy, look." cole says. "we all care for you, and so we want what's best for you. but harumi has done nothing good for you or your mental health. and so i don't think you should keep up this whole harumi research project."
he's right.
"is there, um" nya starts. i look at her. "is there a possibility you still like her?"
"finally someone said it," kai said.
immediately i start to defend myself.
"what? of course i don-"
i don't think the others ninja would have believed me anyway with how red my face got, but they didn't have time to comment because just then pixal rushed in the door.
"garmadon and harumi are escaping!"
