Walking into school exhausted and ready for the day to be over with. Opening my locker when a voice interrupts me.

"Good morning pretty princess, you ready to see me do my thing on the court tonight?" Da'Quintin asks me.

Slamming my locker shut, sending him a sharp glare, I walk off. "What's wrong with yo ass?"

"I'm tired, between you and Gemma..... I just want to go to sleep."

"What da hell did I do, I just said good morning."

Snapping my head quickly in his direction, "You can't be serious." I say, staring at him, "I just said good morning." I say in a mocking tone.

"Ay, chill on that, and tell me what's wrong."

"Since Monday you have been keeping me up, let's not forget last night you wouldn't let me get off the phone til' 4:46 this morning and Gemma just had to have breakfast this morning." I tell Da'Quintin.

"Come on now, you can't say we didn't have fun talking." He says with a smile on his face.

Slowly smiling back he continues, "There is dat smile I've been missing all morning, but why yo ass ain't cook for me? A nigga like to eat too."

Rolling my eyes, before I could speak he did again, "When school is out go home take a little nap, come back to see me hoop it up, then come party."

"How about no." I state walking off fast going to class.

Struggling to stay awake in my first period class when the bell rings, making me jolt awake. Quickly getting up gathering my belongings I leave out of class going to my next class.

Walking into class when my phone pings letting me know I have a text message. Taking my phone out of my pocket looking at the text from my dad.
