I can't believe she agreed to me taking her on a date after days of me asking

For some reason I kinda feel guilty knowing that anna is still in the picture somewhat

"Bredda get ova it," my subconscious says rolling his eyes

I am over it I'm just I don't know...maybe hang up on the thought that anna and I were supposed to be together forever like we talked about in highschool

"Are you okay,?" I ask as he nods

"Was just thinking," he says

"About,?" I inquire

"How lucky I am to have you on a date with me," he says making me giggle

The sound of a phone ringing interrupts me I see gavin sigh taking up his phone

"Excuse me," he says answering it

"Yes," he says irritated then changes his tone

"Can It wait,?"

"Anna we've talked about this,"

Anna? His girlfriend?...who is she

"I'll make sure to bring it,"

Bring it...I don't want to jump to conclusions but what's happening

I won't get mad or anything besides it might be his sister or something

And if he wanted to hide something he wouldn't have mentioned her name or take the call Infront me

I'm paranoid because of my past relationship I just don't know what to expect

"I'll drop by later,"

Hanging up he typed something fully focused on his phone after a while he stops putting it down

"I'm so sorry about that,"

"I know I asked you on a date so that we can get to know each other more and learn,"

"So I'm opened to letting you know the necessary about me,"

"Can we continue,?" He asks I nod
