8.A little interaction

Vivaan pov:

We are all still here at our reception i don't know when all this will come to an end and I'll have my previous life back.

Me and Arushi are greeting with guests who came, Arushi is basically doing all the talks while I am just standing and only answering the things which are specifically asked to me.

"Oh my god Arushi my dear sister finally I met you after an eternity" Arushi's sister i forgot her name, came to her and took her in a hug

All the time Arushi had a little smile while talking to guests even though I don't know if it was sincere or not but as soon as she saw her sister and aunt her smile fell, i noticed it a lot, I think she is not in good terms with them.

"Aww you didn't miss your sister." Her sister asked her to which she only nod.

"So how is your marriage life going, hope you are behaving yourself there and not being a brat" she said making a joke but i noted a hint of sarcasm in her voice, but i didn't say anything, i don't wanna get involved in sisters quarrel.

Arushi moved closer to her ear and wispered something which I didn't hear,

"You will never change" Her sister said and moved from there with an irritated face.

Some other relatives of mine came

"Hello to this Lovely couple"

"Namaste uncle and aunty" Arushi greeted.

"Khus rho hamesha aur jaldi se ek khuskhabri suna do" those indian relatives with their obsession with this blessing

I looked at her, she just looked down and forced an awkward smile.

"You talk I'm thirsty I'll go get some juice to drink" Arushi wispered to which I nod

As she moved away from me her dupatta got stuck in her leg and she stumbled but I hold her shoulder on time so that she don't fall on ground, i looked at her face,she has closed her eyes and slowly opened it and murmured a thanks to me and I let go of her.

"Oh wow what a lovely couple you guys are I bet you two will have so many cute children" the lady said

How I'm hating this topic of child and to give a excuse i held Arushi's wrist as she was moving away and leaving me alone with these people who will bombed me with this type of topics.

As I hold her wrist she gave me a confused look
"I will come with you, so that you don't stumble again because of this heavy lahenga" i said and I saw her widened her eyes a little

"No it-" I cutted her off while squeezing her hand a little

"O-Okay" she said
"I think you too have to go have a good time bye" anuty said to which I nodded a little.

And held her dupatta as we moved

"They are gone you don't have to do it anymore" she said, I don't know why I'm even doing this

"I don't want you to fall right here and let people think I don't care for my wife" I said

Which led her a little taken aback
"Don't think something else" I said

"I am not even thinking your something else"
She said rolling her eyes.
"Don't roll your eyes at me i don't like it" i said
"Like I care" she said and started walking to get some drinks
This woman

She sat down and ordered her orange juice while I just sat down beside her and started scrolling through some emails, when waiter gave her drink, she forwarded it first to me to which I shook my head

"Whom I'm even asking this an arrogant Devil" she murmured

"I heard it" I said looking at her

She moved a little closer to me while narrowing her eyes and my heart skipped a beat

"Good for you, now you know who you are" she said

"And what are you a witch?" I asked

She signalled me to move a little closer and whispered
"Well even if I'm a witch you must not have seen this much beautiful witch ever in your life" she said shrugging her shoulder and taking a sip from her juice

Her answer earned a smile from me which I quickly hide before she can see

"You surely have an attitude" I said

"Hm you can say" she said and gulped her juice in one go.

And after sometime the event came to a end thank God

Me and Arushi went alone in my car while mom dad and dadi were still there saying bye to everyone and giving them a return gift, vertika Vansh and dadu already left 1 hr ago.

I looked beside me and saw her sleeping peacefully, she really is so beautiful there is no lie in it, just that she needs to gain weight, she looks a little underweight, but who cares, her body her choice.

We reached home.

"Hey wake up we are home" I said to which she didn't respond

"Arushi" i called her again but still no response she really is a heavy sleeper

I touched her cheeks and patted her a little, why is she so delicate.

"Arushi wake up" and now finally she opened her eyes and her eyes met mine and we both didn't dare to break the eye contact.

I looked at her lips my hormones are really taking over me, I have to stop myself.
