Chapter - 17

Sky heard the conversation but he didn't know what Phai's response. Sky did not know how to react, he was not ready to listen to his answer.He immediately came downstairs towards the dining table.

Porsche - Oh...Sky where is Phoenix?

Sky - He is with Grandpa Korn. Pa, Dad can we leave?

Kinn - What's wrong Sky?

Sky - Nothing Uncle Kinn... I have some important work to do. I forgot about it. I will be going home for tonight.

Porsche - But..

Sky - I am sorry... Good night Uncle Kinn, Uncle Porsche. Good night Rain. Good night everyone.

Saying that Sky directly went towards the main door of the mansion followed by Kuea.

Lian - I am sorry P'Kinn and P'Porsche. I will talk to him, don't worry.

Lian said his bye and followed Kuea and Sky. The ride to Wang Mansion was silent. Sky and Kuea sat beside each other. Sky didn't want to talk to anyone and he didn't want to answer his parents' questions. He silently closed his eyes and hugged Kuea's arm. Kuea lent his shoulder to Sky as he understood that his son wanted some time to be alone.

In Korn's room :

Phai - You want me to get married?

Korn - Yes... I know you found your mate. And I want you two to get married as soon as possible. I want you two to be happy together. Can you do that for me?

Phai - But Grandpa... Even if I agree, I don't know if Sky is ready to get married... And we are not even twenty.

Korn - I know Phai... You both are still young but I am not young anymore... I am sure you both love each other and I want to see you both to be together before I leave this world. I want to see you get married.

Phai - Let me talk to Sky... I don't want to force him to do anything Old man... He has to share his opinion as well... Because getting married is not only about me but also about him.

Korn - I know my Phai so much... I will be happy to see a caring husband in you.

Phai - You will... Now get some sleep... I will be back soon.

Saying that Phai kissed Korn's forehead and made him sleep back on the bed and went outside the room.

Phai went to his room to check on Sky but he was not there. He looked at the time and saw it was almost dinner time. He went ahead and looked for Sky near the dining table.

Porsche - Phoenix... Come on have some food.

Phai - Where is Sky?

Kinn - Looks like he can't stay away from him even for a bit.

Everyone laughed at Kinn's statement.

Phai - Dad

Porsche and Pete laughed looking at Phai's expression. This made them remember how Kinn and Vegas used to be when they went to their parents home.

Phai - Pa.. you too?

Porsche - Kinn... Don't tease my son.

Phai just sighed and sat at the dining table along with the others. Rain leaned towards Phai and started whispering.

Rain - P'Phai... You want to know where Sky is?

Phai nodded his head.

Rain - I can't tell you something that is important for free of cost.

Phayu - Rain... Your boyfriend is here.

Rain - I know P'Phayu... But he wants to be my best friend's boyfriend... He should get my approval too.

Phayu and Phai laughed at Rain's cuteness and protectiveness for his friend.

Phai - Fine Rainy boy... You will get whatever you want. First tell me where is your best friend?

Rain - P'Phayu... See P'Phai gave me his word. If he doesn't give me what I want he is going to get punished for this. You are proof for that.

Phayu - Khab... Whatever you say.

Rain - P'Phai... Sky went to Wang Mansion.

Phai - But why?

Rain - I don't know exactly either but he came to call you for dinner and then came down saying that he has some important work to do and went away.

Phai was surprised to hear that. But he was worried about Sky. Why did he leave suddenly? And did he hear his conversation with his Grandpa?

Phai - I am leaving.

Saying that Phai left everyone at the dining table and took his keys and started towards the Wang Mansion.

Porsche - Phai... Phai...

Pete - And he left.... This kid I say...

Vegas - What do you two know?

Phayu - What?

Vegas saw Phayu and Rain laughing seeing Phai leave.

Vegas - What's happening? You two know something for sure.

Rain - No Dad V.. we don't know anything.

Pete - Are you sure Bun - bun?

Rain - Yes Pa... We don't know anything... We are just laughing to see P'Phai run after Sky like a puppy running after his owner.

Everyone laughed at Rain's revelation.

In the Wang Mansion :

Sky, Kuea and Lian reached home. Lian carried his son inside as he was asleep and he didn't want to wake him up.

As soon as they entered the house, Sky's pheromones were spreading all over the room. Lian and Kuea understood the situation. Sky woke up from his sleep after an hour. Lian and Kuea released their pheromones trying to suppress Sky's pheromones. They tried to release their soothing pheromones to reduce Sky's stress. But it didn't help the situation even a bit.

Within a few minutes, Phai arrived at the Wang Mansion. He sensed something was not right with Sky. He immediately ran inside the Mansion. He was surprised to see Sky sleeping on the bed with the pain he was bearing and Kuea holding him.

Kuea - Phai

Lian - What are you doing here?

Phai - Sky... What's wrong with him?

Kuea and Lian looked at each other before answering Phai. Phai didn't even wait for their answer and moved towards Sky. He took Sky from Kuea's embrace and held him tight towards his chest and immediately Phai's pheromones released surrounding Sky and Sky's body temperature started reducing a bit.

Kuea - Phai

Phai - Yes

Kuea - Sky is having his heat cycle. Since you are his Alpha you have to take care of him. Only you can help him through this period.

Lian - Kuea

Kuea - What?

Lian - They didn't mate yet.

Kuea - So? They can mate now.

Phai - What?

Kuea - I will send some supplies in sometime. Till then take care of my son.

Lian - But Kuea...

Kuea gave a look to Lian which made him silent himself. Kuea and Lian left the room leaving Phai and Sky alone. Sky opened his eyes again and looked at the person who was near him. Phai was looking at Sky and caressing his hair.

Phai - Sky... Are you feeling better?

Sky - P'Phai...

Sky couldn't control himself when he smelled Phai's scent. He moved forward and kissed Phai which took Phai by surprise.
