The ship's interior gleamed under the bright illumination, its metallic walls brushed with an otherworldly sheen, etched with inscriptions that emitted an eerie red glow, their meanings shrouded in mystery. With each step upon the metallic floor, the echoing footfalls resonated through the chamber, amplifying the tension that hung palpably in the air. Amidst the flickering light, the anguished cries of the passengers reverberated, some teetering on the brink of panic as the harsh reality of their situation bore down upon them with crushing weight. This was not a mere simulation; it was a stark, unforgiving reality thrust upon them, unyielding in its merciless grip.

They entered a majestic, circular hall devoid of windows, its imposing atmosphere accentuated by the solemn presence of towering guardians stationed at regular intervals. Massive pillars rose from the floor, each adorned with the symbol of a predator's cranium encircled by intertwining lines, rendered in striking black and red hues. Flags bearing the same emblem hung gracefully from the lofty ceilings, casting gentle shadows across the chamber. Even the intricately patterned floor seemed to whisper secrets in the enigmatic language of its design, beckoning visitors into a realm steeped in mystery and power.

As the tension mounted, the passengers huddled together, seeking solace in the familiarity of one another's presence. Luna, with a heavy heart, meticulously counted each soul aboard the alien vessel, her empathy reaching out to those who had sadly opted to remain behind. By her side stood Thö'run, a steadfast pillar of support, his presence a silent vow fulfilled. Despite the weight of the atmosphere pressing down upon them, Luna longed for the reassurance she knew lay behind Thö'run's mask, cursing the impassive barrier that concealed the windows to his soul.

As they made their way towards the podium-like structure, Thö'run gently guided Luna forward, his firm hand offering both support and reassurance. Nearby, the translator, though proficient in his duties, exuded an air of reluctance, his demeanor betraying his lack of enthusiasm for the task at hand. With unwavering composure, Thö'run stood tall, his words resonating in the melodic cadence of his native tongue, each syllable imbued with authority and conviction. Swiftly, the translator dutifully echoed Thö'run's message in the language of the humans, ensuring that no nuance or intention was lost in the exchange.

"I, Thö'run, Arbiter of the Mighty Broken Skull Clan, extend my solemn welcome to you aboard this vessel of war. Know this: no harm shall befall you under my watchful gaze. Your resilience and bravery have earned you the admiration of my kind, the Yautja. It is by the decree of our revered Elder Council that the survivors amongst you shall find sanctuary upon a world known as Lietis. Though smaller than your native Earth, it stands as the closest semblance to your former home within our reach."

With a commanding nod, Thö'run signaled for the activation of a holographic projection, casting a vivid image of the azure planet above the assembly of humans. "We pledge our aid to your kind in the reconstruction of your civilization. Our intentions are pure, our motives untainted by greed or ambition. We seek neither enslavement nor recompense. All we ask in return is the courtesy and respect befitting our shared endeavor."

People gasped, looking at each other, doubt and fear still on their semblances. Rushed murmurs reverberated on the accustc hall. Luna was a step behind Thö'run, placed between him and his translator. She couldn't take her eyes from him though, he was so cool and regal. She wondered not for the first time what his life looked like. She had so many question about him and his people.

"Why are you helping us?" A voice was raised among the murmurs.

Thö'run's nod carried the weight of undeniable truth as he continued, his voice resonating with authority. "The catastrophe that befell Earth was born from the depths of your own greed and arrogance. However, it was facilitated by a coalition of bad bloods, individuals tainted by dishonor and betrayal, some hailing from my own clan." His words bore the weight of responsibility as he laid bare the truth. "Rest assured, we are diligently pursuing those accountable for the outbreak. Both humans and Yautja implicated will face the consequences of their actions with unwavering justice."
