• Finding your theriotype/kintype •
There are a few procedures for finding your theriotype/kintype. One is meditation. And most of the time it will take while. A few weeks, months, or even years for finding your theriotype/kintype. It isn't a one day thing. It's a spiritual journey that requires time and patience. Another way is keeping a journal with you at all time. If you start to have a shift ( in thoughts or emotions ), then you should write them down. Take a few minutes to scan and review what you wrote down and research any animals that closely fit with the shifts. Whether it be a small cat or dog up to a large dinosaur and dragon.
