There is no such thing as being perfect. No one in this fucking world is perfect. So don't make your OC perfect asf.
That's not possible.
Don't use an OC that has the perfect waist size and flawless skin.
It's always good to read books about how the OC is struggling with their body or looks.
I literally read a Peter Parker book where the OC was played by Rebel Wilson. (Yes I know Peter Parker has nothing to do with TVD but it's a good example)
Perfect OC's get on my nerves. I'm tired of seeing books about them being practically flawless, having the perfect family, perfect grades and the absolute perfect love story. A practically perfect life.
That is not how life goes at all.
And before someone gives me shit about this being a Fanfiction website, know this:
People write best when their OCs can relate to themselves.
So fucking stop with the perfection shit.
