You can have a strong OC.
Your character can be human and strong.
the1andonlytifftiff has a book called Living, her OC Bexley is a human with a heart problem. Yet, she is strong. If she wasn't, she couldn't survive.
Your OC can be powerful and human. Your OC doesn't have to be supernatural to survive.
