Okay, so a lot of people, me included, have a hard time writing details. Details are one of the most important things you can have in your book.
Some people like to describe someone's posture or face before they give them a piece of dialogue, for example:
Bonnie crossed her arms, her long brown locks flowing in the wind as she stood her ground against the vampire. "Damon, I don't like you." She gritted out, her nose crinkling as she spat at him.
Now some, inexperienced authors, may say.
"Damon, I don't like you." Bonnie spat, her hair blowing in the wind.No offense to anyone who does write like that, but you could use a bit more detail when writing.
I suggest googling "details for writing" or "other words for " whatever you want to write like, "said" or "questioned"
I'm sorry if this chapter confused you guys but all in all, you have to provide details to keep the story alive and going!
