She fell in love,
She fell for him,
And she fell hard.

What was worse than knowing that he did not want the things that she wanted?
It hurt her every single day, for she held onto their friendship because she did not want to lose him.

She embraced his presence and hid her tears as they stood next to each other,
She almost broke down when he hugged her, for she wanted him to never let go,
She cried when she realised that she fell in love with a man who would never love her the way she desired.

The burning fire in her heart would not die down
And that was the saddest part,
The more she saw him,
The more she got addicted to him,
The more she talked to him
The more she fell for him,
She tried running away,
But his smile brought her back to him,
She couldn't get enough of him,
She couldn't see the future without him,
She wasn't willing to let go of him.

His voice gave her chills,
His silly jokes made her laugh,
His maturity made her shiver.

Every night she lied down on bed and wondered why fate brought them together?
What had she done to deserve this?
Why would fate be so cruel.. why would it bring two contradictory souls together?

Something which was comical was that it wasn't love at first sight.
Her admiration developed into affection, then love and her soul inevitably got attached to his.

She was able to feel everything he felt and notice every single change in his energy.

Their connection was unreal and unexpected. It was sudden.

It was a sweet and sour feeling. It was a love that she didn't want to waste.

He was the most amazing person she'd ever met. He was unique and perfect in his own way.

Oh how she wished to jump into his arms and whisper loving words to his ear as he held her close to him.

But it felt wrong, it all felt wrong.

It was fate's call but she still didn't really understand why.

From then on, she started despising fate.
