I told myself that
Taking off the only
jewels I always wear
Would be the greatest
Proof of love to someone,
Today one of my earrings
Came off as I was bidding
Him goodbye,
So I'm just going
To blame it on fate.
Those dull eyes,
Often look anxious and stressed,
But i can't help to notice how this
Changes when I'm around him.
He smiles more often,
Laughs more than usual,
And blushes like a tad too much.
It all started with a hi,
Then developed into a friendship,
Then turned into something
I can't even describe.
