"We're here," Poe announced, walking into the main room of the ship from the pilot's quarters. "We might as well start setting up base!"
I looked across the room to see Leia nodding. I could tell that she was proud of Poe as a leader. I was proud of Poe too.
Poe and I made direct eye contact and he grinned at me. "Come on, Finn."
I ran up to join him, and we walked into our practically destroyed base from the Battle of Crait.
As we were walking, Poe threw an arm around me. "I don't know what I did at the Resistance without you, Finn."
He was practically blushing. I chuckled and threw an arm around him. "I always forget that you named me. It's pretty cool, isn't it?"
Poe looked at me. "I never forget that."
We walked the rest of the way to the base, the Resistance closely following with supplies.
