disappointed stares
never failing to pity me when i do win,
which was very rare.
life's like a computer
with games in it,
we were the piece of horses,
living to die with the system
imprinted.

i used to have high expectations,
high hopes.
i'm a simple human - i see, i do-
and i expect.
but i'm impatient,
always was always will be.
i wanted everything to happen according to my timing, to happen over night.
they say i was impatient,
i was passionate
but my drive wasn't enough.
i needed time, i needed to learn.
but i never listen.
you could say that was my achilles heel.
the down fall to the hero,
something i was supposed to feel.
don't set your eyes to high wanderer,
the sun will burn,
and you will feel the fire.
