First of all, it felt like Lily and Damien's story was done and nicely rounded out. Any more chapters would have felt like I was dragging things out unnecessarily and I didn't want to do that.
Second of all, this is not the last you'll see of Lily and Damien. This is only the first part of the werewolf series I'm doing. Remember the Lupus Antiqua story? There are Nine ancient werewolves in need of mates I believe, and who am I to deny their stories? ;) Coming up next? Quinn and Cenric's tale.
