Rewrote this chapter several times but still not satisfied with it 😕 hope you enjoy though

"Your Highness, His Majesty has requested to have breakfast with you." The maid tells me. Ah, to bad this was such a interesting book. In my room was a big bookshelf full of books. This one caught my eye.

"Okay, I'll be out in a minute may I am almost done with this chapter." I tell the maid.

"Uhm, Your Highness, do you even understand that book?" The maid asks me. "Yes, I sure do. I've already read about this before in another book but it only brushed on it briefly." I explain as I continued to read the chapter.

"Wow, that's amazing, Your Highness!" The maid suddenly me praised me making my face beat up. "Thank you." I tell her smiling at her, sheepishly. I've never been praised by anyone besides the ones at the Ruby Palace.

"Aww, your so cute, Your Highness!" The maid continued as she stared at me

"Ah, thank you." I giggled at the silly maid. "Oh dear! Im sorry for my careless words!" The maid quickly apologized to me bowing.

"You didn't offend me or anything so please don't apologize. I like that you are comfortable enough with me to speak what you want." I tell her. People bowing to me is so awkward since people used to not even think of me a real royal so they didn't show me any respect as one.

"Oh, thank you, Your Highness." The maid stood up straight smiling happily.

"Well I'm done with this chapter. Can you please show me where we shall be having some breakfast?" I ask her standing up with my book. I'll take it with me to finish after breakfast on my walk back to the Ruby Palace.

"Yes, follow me!" The maid smiled as she walked away with me in tow.

Soon we got into a dining room where Claude and Felix were. The food smelt so delicious! Claude was sitting at the end of the table with several dishes surrounding him but his plate remained empty. Felix stood behind him with a smile. Another empty plate was at the seat on the left side of Claude on the length side of the table. I suppose that's where I am suppose to sit.

As I approached Felix pulled out the chair for me. "Thank you." I smiled at him as I took a seat and placed my book on the empty space beside me.

"What took you so long?" Claude asks annoyed. "Sorry, Your Majesty, I was just finishing the chapter of my book since it was only a couple more pages." I apologize.

"What were you reading?" Claude asks as be begins to fill his plate.

"A book about the theory curvature of time and space according to partial differential equations and logical error, with criticism and reinterpretation of the Gale Shriller-Based special theory of relativity." I tell Claude as I too began to fill my plate. Yummy! My mouth is watering!

Claude stopped what he was doing narrowing his eyes at me and Felix also looked at me strangely. Oh no, did I do something wrong?

"Do you even understand that book?" Claude asks me.

I nod slightly. "Yeah, another book I read only brushed briefly on this theory it's exciting to read more about it." I explain.

"Princess, do you study sometimes?" Felix asks me.

"I study a lot, I quite enjoy learning things." I tell him as I take a few bites of my food.

It's my heaven on a plate! It just needs some chocolate to put on the the waffles! Breakfast is most certainly my favorite. "This is absolutely delicious! Can you please tell the chef that he did a remarkable job for me please?" I ask the maid, smiling at her. She seemed surprised at my request but smiled with a nod. "Yes, Your Highness, I will do it right now." She says before taking her leave.
